ALL INCLUSIVE PLUS PACKAGE INCLUDES
• Breakfast (07h30 – 10h00), lunch (12h30 – 14h00), and dinner (19h00 – 21h00) is served in Funama Restaurant for
guests staying in the Garden Rooms and the Beach Villas, while Ahima Restaurant is for guests staying in the Jacuzzi
Beach Villas and Jacuzzi Water Villas, both feature ‘all you can eat’ buffets with a variety of menus to please everyone’s
taste.
• 24 Hour Snack Menu served all day and night in the Bonthi Bar and from 10h00 – 22h00 in the Sunset Bar.
• A 20% discount on all food items from Asian Wok menu or at the Hot Rock (not valid for special events and teppanyaki).
• One lunch or one dinner at Asian Wok Restaurant for every 5 nights stay (pre-booking required and subject to space
availability. Not valid for special events).
• A 20% discount from selected spa treatments taken during the first two days of the guest stay (not all treatments are
entitled for this discount. Subject to space availability).

IMPORTANT POINTS
• Food and beverage are for your own consumption; beverages are served one glass at a time, while at the resort’s
restaurants or bars.
• All guests registered in the same room must be on the All-Inclusive Plus Package.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone younger than 18 years of age.
• Vilamendhoo only accepts guests 18 years and older in the Sunset Bar.
• Management reserves the right to not serve alcoholic beverages to inebriated guests.
• There are no refunds or substitutions, and benefits are not transferable to another guest.
• The All-Inclusive Plus Package is available only for the guest’s entire length of stay.
PROCEDURES
• Guests must sign all food and beverage bills, except buffet meals. Bills do not include prices and no charges will be posted
to your hotel account for the benefits included in your All-Inclusive Plus Package.

30th anniversary trip”
Short version - it was worth the money and my wife and I would return again with no hesitation. Longer, detailed version: Our trip was in January 2020. We stayed in an over water bungalow. Impressed with the room, friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The over water units offer great privacy. Unlike some other affordable Maldives resorts, the bungalows are not duplexes so you do not share a wall with anyone (some of the beach units are duplexes, however). One advantage of the front and back decks is that when one is in sun, the other is in shade, so you always have a choice. The house reef is excellent for snorkeling. The tour of the house reef is given on the south side of the island. It is quite nice, but my wife and I found the north side to be far more interesting, with a wider variety of fish. At one point, we came face-to-face (less than 2 meters) with a sea turtle in the lagoon. Rays, skates, and tiny sharks (25 to 40 centimeters - big enough to trim your toenails, that's all) are always in the lagoon or just outside the reef. Bring an underwater camera. Other wildlife abounds. You will have many encounters with herons. I was told by one staff member that various birds start yakking early in the morning, so if you select a beach unit, don't count on sleeping in. My wife and I heard nothing in the over water unit. On the other hand, this close to the equator, the sun is up around 6am, so who wants to sleep in anyway? Lagoon is lovely. The water is an extremely comfortable temperature. Best weather for Maldives is generally between Nov. and April. Less humid and a bit cooler than in the summer months. On our trip, the temperature was always 26C to 31C (about 79F to 88F). Also, winter offers far less rain. Apparently, it is possible to have several days of steady rain in the summer. Great House Reef and Amazing Staff”
We have now stayed at Vilamendhoo Island Resort twice. We loved our first trip so much we decided to go back for 3 weeks. The house reef is close by and hosts an amazing variety of marine life and corals. While the corals have taken a hit since our last visit in 2014, they are making a comeback. And the marine life hasn't suffered. We saw octopus, rays, morays, sharks, bait balls, and more varieties of fish than I can count. The staff is super amazing and some have come to become friends. The COVID protocol is serious but never oppressive. We came and left Covid free. We stay in over water bungalows. They have great access to the reef and have private jacuzzis . They are extremely comfortable. The buffet themes change nightly and are plentiful and delicious. There is always something for everyone. The infinity pool is beautiful and includes a wonderful place to view the sunset nightly. We will definitely be back to Vilamendhoo.

Wonderful paradise with exceptional service ”
The resort was very beautiful but what impressed us the most were people/ staff. The hotel provided flawless service from start to the end. Everything there were very organized and smooth. The staff were fantastic and attentive with smiling face. We arrived tio early about 8 am but the beach villa wasn't available till check in time, 2 pm .However, the hotel offered us to check in 1 night with a garden villa and the rest with beach villa along with attrive compensation. We took offer so we could have breakfast and rest in the room. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. In day2, hotel called to upgrade our room to water villa without charge. The room was fantastic. It was cozy ,contemporary with clean design. We were grateful with generous offer. Anyway, our rooms were very clean.The food were very tasty with very good selections from local food to international food. Cakes not just looked fancy but very delicious. The Asian wok was exceptional of food and service standard.

We just had a perfect holiday at their overwater villa with Full Board. Cant recommend them enough. Why we chose Vilamendhoo in the first place: 1) island size not too small, not too big 2) decent price 3) seaplane transfer, wanted to try this 4) house reef is among the best 5) room decor not too old, with jacuzzi as well What make us love Vilamendhoo more once we got there: 1) staff kindness 2) as expected, island is just the right size, and there are not too many people there, and not too few too 3) mineral water provided and it’s the bigger size maybe almost 1L. So you wont run out of drinking water. 4) great taste buffet and varieties of food 5) asian wok restaurant was great, I can recommend the Thai food set for 2 6) a lot of activities you can do other than snorkelling, like water sports, gym, badminton, tennis (they have free tryout), table tennis 7) nice spa too 8) had a sunset cruise with dolphin watching 9) and the price for all those are not so expensive. Of course there will be some that is out of range for most people like their full day cruises which is above US$100/pax. However you have a lot of less expensive options too like what I mentioned above. Tips: 1) Bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. They hv green policy which I support, but they should have made an effort to inform guests about this. Had to buy these in the gift shop which is not cheap. 2) bring your own snorkelling gear 3) restaurants have dress code, no sleeveless 4) they are strict with their check out time, they will be at your doorstep at 12pm to collect your luggage and inform you that you have to check out already. So be ready before 12pm. So if the price is right for you, don’t hesitate to book your stay in Vilamendhoo!

Choosing Vilamendhoo was an excellent decision for the following reasons: 1-the snorkeling was every bit as fabulous as I had read: sharks, turtles, octopus, cattle fish, lion fish, eels, different rays, and a stone fish among others. 2-the location of jacuzzi beach villa in the adults only section was excellent and the room had adequate amenities. The bed was very comfortable. 3-the staff are very professional, super friendly and always smiling. 4-the food was great and the variety was always adequate. 5-great facilities and very good tennis court. 6-beautiful sand and clear water, especially early morning. 7-very good Spa service 8-great AI package which makes the stay more enjoyable and comfortable In sum, I highly recommend Vilamendhoo and will definitely return 😊

We have just arrived home after what I can only describe as the most amazing, magical and luxurious holiday. The Maldives is unquestionably a beautiful location with wonderful beaches, coral and sea life but what makes Vilamendhoo stand out is it’s outstanding staff and management. A very special thank you to the manger Daniel who made our stay truly unforgettable. My boyfriend surprised me with proposing on our holiday which was fantastic. However Daniel made efforts above and beyond to help my boyfriend organise a boat ride out to the middle of the India Ocean to gaze at the stars with a bottle of champagne. What a wonderful way to get engaged. Making this a wonderful moment I will treasure forever. Thank you again Daniel! All of the wonderful staff are what make Vilamendhoo unforgettable. Very nice resort for Maldives vacation”
Resort with big coral reef (mostly dead corals, as everywhere on Maldives now, but you can see it starts healing). Saw a lot of fish, morays, turtle, octopus, black tip and white tip and nurse sharks, lionfish right on the reef. Can do night snorkeling, which was interesting experience. Unfortunately haven't seen whale shark on the excursion, haven't seen mantas on another one, no luck. Delicious food, different fruits every day. Very nice and helpful staff. Everything is clean and can walk barefoot everywhere, haven't used shoes the whole time. Thanks to all the staff, you are amazing! Definitely can recommend this resort.

Nice big island with a lot of activities. Island is easily walkable, no shoes, barefoot is the way to go! We stayed on the northern side, but honestly it is beautiful all around and I don't think you can go wrong in any of the rooms. Food service was good, we used the all inclusive, which I will recommend, big variety of food choices, nice drinks at the pools and bar areas and you can just relax and enjoy yourself. All inclusive also includes the mini fridge in the room, so if you return back from a long swim, you always have something cold to drink. Take water shoes for swimming, they water is beautiful, crystal clear and so inviting, but lots of small pieces of coral, so just easier with water shoes or flippers. Use the spa, really worth it! Stay as long as you can, we stayed 7 nights and dragged our feet to leave! Staff on the island are all wonderful and helpful! Nothing to complain about!

We liked very much the island itself, full of palm and other exotic trees, with gecko lizards and big fruit bats adding to the ambience of the place. The house reef is fantastic, we saw three turtles, two of them from very close, a ray, three medium size black fin sharks and thousands and a great diversity of sea creatures. Cleanliness and facilities were also exceptional as it was the professionalism of the staff. The food was a mixed bag. Wide selection of dishes and deserts was provided but some of them were mediocre or worse, while others, particularly sea food, were super. We didn't like the lack of toothpaste and their attitude when we checked out: We were obliged to wait over three hours for the sea plane and none cared to offer even a glass of water. Our wi fi connection was interrupted without any notification although when we asked we were provided with a temporal code without charge. A bitter aftertaste to an otherwise fantastic experience...

Stayed for the 3rd time on Vilamendhoo. Always had great time - wonderful island, house-reef is a big bonus, staff is very attentive, food is nice. Rooms could get some upgrade (maybe the beds were changed since the last time -it was really comfortable) but the rooms are very clean, so no complainta overall. I think Vilamendhoo has a really good price/value ratio for the Maldives. probably will return

A little of everything ”
It may start on a different note because of the reservation for the seaplane transfer on the copy paste reply. Overall the resort has everything that you need on a vacation. Lovely house reef and bring your snorkel gears to enjoy. Food is sumptuous and different varieties. Suggest that guest should book the all-inclusive package as you will love the sunset cruise which is included in the package. You will never get bored when you are in the resort. They have their own wildlife be it on water or land, you will be amazed with the animals who just come out from nowhere. And the best part, barefoot and it’s completely safe and no accidents at all. Kudos to the management Mr. Daniel for taking all the effort ensuring that the guest will enjoy their stay.

Perfect holiday destination ”
Stayed at Vilamendhoo for 12 days and we enjoyed every second and wish that our holidays could be longer. The dive shop is well managed, with a very professional team. We were diving most of the days and there is a wide variety of dive sites to choose from. We were particularly impressed by the food. There is little repetition in the buffet during our stay, even after 10 days. Normally I am not a buffet fan, but at the Vilamendhoo I could find things I enjoy at every meal. Vilamendhoo's house reef is great for snorkelling: there are turtles, reef sharks, rays, and a looooot of colourful tropical fish. Cannot recommend more.

Thought it was too good to be true... but it was for real”
Honestly thought there was no way a perfect overwater bungalow in the Maldives for a fraction of other resort costs could be the real deal. Literally all the way until we got home, we were waiting for some bad news or some catch. But it never happened. It was the honeymoon of our fantasies. How is this real? We are Americans, and we were so relieved to encounter no other Americans (our people can be very noisy and disrespectful, but we didn't want to be). We felt like the only guests at the resort most days - though we knew they were mostly booked. It was perfection.

A great idea of covid free vacation”
We stayed during the first half of November and were more than satisfied by the safety standards put in place by the resort because of Covid. Vegetarian options in the meals did not suit my Indian taste buds but apart from that everything was top notch and I could easily manage with vegetarian options available in bars. The house reef is amazing and there are enough of excurstion options on island to keep one busy. Two bars and one restaurant were open for meals and drinks.

Beautiful resort. All the employees were friendly and always had a smile. This truly felt like paradise. Plenty of choices at the buffet. The food was excellent quality. We never had a bad meal. You have walk everywhere so bring comfortable sandals

We stayed at Vilamendhoo in a Jacuzzi watervilla for our Honeymoon this was definitely the best stay we ever had. I would recommend Vilamendhoo for any Holiday. This was my second stay at Vilamendhoo. It was as amazing as the first, if not, more. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is amazing. Rooms and the island is very clean. Reef is beautiful to snorkel around. Choose to go full board or all inclusive! The trips to see sharks are extremely organised. Guides are pretty knowledgeable. The only reason I brought down one star was the sea plane to airport while leaving for me should have been planned better timewise. I landed at check in 5 minutes before gate closed and I wasn’t sure if I could catch my plane the whole way back to airport.

Our second time here, love every minute. Snorkelling right outside our villa and all around the island. Diving the house reef and off their boats. Good dive Center, nice people there. Food was fabulous every day. Weather perfect. Seas clear and warm. Room comfy. Friendly staff everywhere.

It was a pleasant experience in Vilamendhoo from the moment we reached. We were greeted well with a refreshing lemon mint drink. All the information was provided and our room keys were handed over. We stayed in Water Villa for 3 days. There were lot of fishes and the water was crystal clear and shallow to do snorkeling right from your villa. They provide life jacket free of cost for AI package so do grab one if you are not a good swimmer like us. Staffs were very friendly, chefs were always reaching out to me to see if I wanted anything special to be prepared as I was vegetarian. Note: Please do carry emergency medicines for fever or cold since there are chances of getting them as we will be in water most of the times. We do have a doctor in the island and if I am not wrong you would end up paying $20 consultation. Water villa 313 and 315 are good options
