Holiday with family”

The villa is very secluded..cozy and nice. The guest are helped nicely by the attendants. The pool is accessible from morning till 10 pm. So the kids love it! The tourist attractions are not too far from the villa. One big problem is the parking area is not in the villa. And the weather is very hot.

Exceptional”

Very convienience if you're travelling with own transport and villa was a superb stay for my family. My kids love the pool and could say most of our time spending was swimming in the pool as our room was just fews step away from it. Shopping wise is not much variety and most important you need to find best place to eat and make your time more occupied there for your stay. Google will help you alot.

Best hidden gem in PD ”

Look no further.. this is the place for quick weekend getaway from hectic city. a short drive from the beach and PD town, the villa is private and the nearest located pool right in front of my room. will definitely visit again...overall 9/10.

Nice villa”

Nice villa suitable for family gathering or a group of friends to hang in here... I've booked 2 units ,1with BBQ facilities and 1 unit second floor with balcony.. lady boss very kind , upgraded the second floor to ground unit... We extend 1more day ,and lady boss gv us a free mattress and free breakfast... Staff very helpful... Will come back again..

Relax and comfort”

The villa is very beautiful with a big swimming pool. A simple breakfast was provided FOC tea, coffee, biscuit, bread with jam etc at refreshment corner beside the pool .. The villa is save for kids as not outsider allow to enter this property except guest. Strongly recommended for those parent who wants bring kids for relaxing. All staff are friendly. Will come back definitely

Great stay again at Lot 1638”

Its the school holiday - hence we understand there's lots of family with young children staying at the place compared to other times. We also enjoyed ourselves to swim at the nice pool. However, hope the management and staff can strictly prohibit ppl using the pool in normal clothing especially kids. Its ok if using quick drying materials which is almost like swimwear but some jumped into the pool wearing normal cotton shirts resulting in the pool becoming murky. Now, swimwear including muslimah swimwear is cheap. Hence, no excuse not to wear swimwear. If you don't have one, then swim at the sea. Other than that - great stay. Will come again.

Excellent”

Beautiful villa with friendly staff. The only cons with this villa is the staircase. We were awakened by our neighbour as they are walking up and down the stairs. We can hear them loud and clear from our room.

the two bedroom villa is huge, the surrounding is very beautiful, my kids love the pool and a good place for family gatherings. parking area, by the way, too close to the roadside.

Nice for local but not for foreigners ”

It's a very nice place but the design of the place lacked privacy. The entry of the villa is difficult to find. The villas are all next to the swimming pool. During our stay, there was a group of young people having a party and made big noise till midnight. We had to tell them to cool down because we had early flight to catch but we were not able to sleep with their screaming and laughing outside of our door. And we were worried our kids would be woken up by the noise. We were not able to use the pool during the stay because it was always busy. The staff were super friendly but can only speak very limited English. Will not recommend it to international travelers.

Good place to stay with family & friends”

Overall we are happy with the stay, just need more upgrade on facilities provided. 1. Swimming pool - water not that clean as there is a lot of dirt/sand at the bottom of the pool 2. Living room/Dining room - NO AIRCOND, only provide ceiling fan that installed on a very high ceiling, cant feel the wind. Owner did provide table fan, but useless, the living is like oven during daytime. 3. Room aircond - need to have proper maintanance schedules, one of our room aircond is not functions, villa staff did their job to get technician to do service; find out need to change some parts & the filter is very dirty full with dust. 4. Living room floor - maybe previously owner put carpet on the floor & they just remove it, so the floor feel so sticky with bare foot, maybe can provide some slipper. 5. Common area/Pantry - it is nice to have pantry to make coffee/tea, maybe with a simple basin will be better for us to ash the cups or any tool after use it.

Good for relaxing”

Good place for relaxing, simple decorations and big swimming pool. Kid pool available and that's my favourite part. Microwave is an added point to heat up left over BBQ food the next morning. However, the facilities should be improved with this price, the living hall should have installed aircon as this is the place to gather most of the time, it's hot like hell.. Same to BBQ pit, i would think at least fans should be installed. On top of that, i would think the float should be borrowed for free considering the villa rate itself is quite pricy, but not rented at RM5/hour!

All over is good except no aircond in the living hall.. So far, the villa is clean.. All the staff very friendly n helpful.. They provided a sharing kitchen n all the cooking stuff is provided too.. If there is an aircond in the living hall, then will be perfect!

The villa so good with awesome design. Staffs very helpful and friendly. Nice place to relax and chill with family. Will come back again definitely.

Sleeping Issue”

The room I stayed (2 rooms villa bbq) downstairs room with queen bed was bad. The curtain is thin with light color, when the sky is bright the room will be very bright. The worst thing is, there’s a window in the toilet got the sunlight shine directly to the bed, on my face! This is absolutely unacceptable! Lastly, living hall should have Aircon too.

Overall was a good stay”

Note that the living room only have a portable fan/aircond so worth cooling the area by turning on the aircond in the rooms full blast before settling down. Toilet wise, the windows are not fully frosted, so travelling in a group is not much of a privacy there. Parking is limited. But facilities wise it's a highly recommended place (bbq, breakfast, pools etc).

Disappointed ”

I have booked 2 unit villa with 8 adults. They not allow us to cook in the room and request us to do our steamboat at the lounge. However the table at lounge there is not enough, we put our things on the table as a reserve bcoz their staff told us to do so. The table is combine with 2 table in a row but at the end 1 of the table is took by other people and we have to routinely sit and standing to eat. Another thing is the swimming pool is small and crowded.

so far all are good, just the toilet and the bed sheet need hygiene have to improve bit. ”

Great Place to spend time with your family”

Overall, the place is excellent. Very near to PD town, but you need a car to go to the beach. The swimming pool is good. If you don't mind the noise from the crowd, you can take the rooms at the ground level. I took the upper level unit. Peaceful, but you will hear the water pump every time somebody is using the bathroom..
