Villa is big and great location. I can see fuji mountain from villa. Staff is very kindness and good service. We buy foods at supermarket. We grill BBQ beef at villa. We are yummy and enjoy.

Good service, staff is very nice and helpful. Shuttle bus service is provided for guests without car. Clean and comfortable, with every facilities you need. Mt Fuji can been seen with good weather.

Nice lodge with incredible view of Mt. Fuji”

My regret: stayed only 1 night :-( Service: it’s really jap hospitality (omotenashi). Staffs cannot speak English that well. Well, google translate will get you through :-) Location: surrounded by nature and attractions: museums, cafe and the lake, maple corridor, beautiful shrines ... with incredible view of Mt. Fuji from your balcony. Transportation: to get in and out, you will need to rent a vehicle unless you really love to walk. You can also contact the cabin to pick you up at the train station free of charge (ask Tourist Center to call them for you) House: can easily accommodate up to 12 people (may exceed house capacity though). Amazingly new and highly maintained. Nice bathroom and bedrooms. If you are travelling with wheelchair, it’s a bit difficult to climb up the steep stair way. Food & Beverage: sorry no service, no free bottles of water either. But they partnered with local restaurant to deliver food. But the house is nice, we don’t mind dining at home

Love this villa”

This villa is very cute by its own. Have all kitchen equipment, feel like when you go camping. We can see Fuji from our villa. The location is around 10 mins walking distance to maple corridor. The villa can accomodate large group of people. The hotel provides pick up service from/to Kawaguchiko train station, and there is timetable of each route.

Exceptional”

Not only were they kind enough to pick us up from the train station, they even suggested we get some groceries, took us to the grocery store, and waited while we bought food for dinner! Aside from being a bit far from the station and not near a bus stop, the location was good. We had lovely views of Mt. Fuji from our cabin, and it was not too far from the lake side and Momiji Corridor.

Fantastic location with Mt. Fiji views. Provided transport to and from the cabin, great. It is also possible to take the RED bus and walk 10 min. anytime of the day. Highly recommended.

Great Place, Great View, Dreamlike Experience”

Got everything you want. Mt. Fuji is just right ahead. Say good morning and goodnight every stay. Spacious accommodation, Classic design and High class furniture. Love it so much. Note to take: Don’t use phone number to set vehicle GPS system. It’s wrong destination. Use mobile GPS will do. Very close to Maple Corridor, basically won’t get lost.

很棒的住宿體驗！落地窗景就是富士山，廚房烹飪等相關配備器具都很齊全，環境設備維持得很乾淨，還有暖暖桌，暖氣機數也很足夠，即使是冬天住宿也很舒服，很適合自駕、多天數的旅客。將來有機會還會再帶家人住宿。
