This bungalow is nested in private exclusive neighbourhood with schooling children. Would appreciate if you could respect the neighbours with no loud noise after 10:00 pm. Strictly NO LOUD parties with loud music is allowed in the premises. Kindly keep us informed if you intend to host any event/parties (subject to prior notice and agreement). 3) Care for the house fitting & its furniture: - No smoking is allowed inside the house. Kindly smoke outdoor if required. Please throw your extinguished cigarette butt in the dustbin. - No items is allowed to be taken away (missing items will be charged/reported to authority) - Maintain cleanliness meaning NO SHOES policy inside the house.( excessive &unacceptable dirtiness will be charged) - Maintain safety from fire & electrical devices. - Please do your part to conserve energy and switch off the air conditioning, lights and any electrical power when you are out - Do not flush napkins or trash in the toilet to avoid clogging - No pets allowed - No pork allowed - No religious ritual using the pool is allowed. 4) Please keep your cash and personal valuable in safe area i.e your locked luggage while you were out. We are not responsible for any missing items during your stay in Villa Putrajaya. 5) Always keep the front door lock for security. 6) Please do not bring food/drinks besides water to 1st floor family hall and all bed room for your own hygiene. 7) Breaking the house rules may lead to security deposit being forfeited.
