Very quiet, peaceful. feels like you live alone on the whole estate development. Privacy of the pool. from the pool you will only see a clubhouse pool and low-rise condominium from a distance the other side is the project green space so it feels like you own a secret pool that could not be seen by your neighbor. The interior decoration and material are well designed and specified.

It is a really nice home with reasonable price. The host is really nice and easy to get to. The location is okay. It is located just next to the Searidge resort.
The electricity fee is not included in the price. It will be collected on the check out by deducting from the the damange deposit. The price is 6 THB per units of electricity you used.

เจ้าของเพิ่งมาแจ้งเรื่องค่าไฟ โดยอ้างว่าแจ้งในเวปไซต์แล้ว แต่สรุปก็ไม่มี แต่ก็ยังเอาที่ลูกค้าคนอื่นๆถามแคปมาให้ดู สรุปคือต้องอ่านคำถามคนอื่นทั้งหมดด้วยเหรอ ถ้าแจ้งตั้งแต่แรกคงไม่ว่าอะไร นี่ไม่ได้แจ้งแล้วพยายามเถียง งงใจ
