Exceptional”
Room was clean, nice quiet area. But during the middle of the night it was very noisy in the hotel. The noise lasted for hours. Don't know whether from guests or not. The people was so noisy, talking in loud voices, opening and banging the door. We woke up many times. Did not get quality sleep. Room was clean, toilet also clean. The water heater did not work, but it was ok.

The window has no lock. During the night the window was left opened and it was scary to keep all the belongings in the room. Pls look into this. otherwise all were ok.

Poor ventilation and sound proofing. Smoking smell fills the corridor, and wafts into our room. Cheap price, fast check-in. Wont guarantee you'll have a flawless stay, but it is enough for us to just have some rest for the night.

when we arrived the first night we checked in and it was a non smoking room as I was 30 weeks pregnant. The mattress was utter rubbish to sleep on the room has ciggarte smell. I saw a ciggerate bud in the toilet sink. The TV didn't work. The reception said he can't do anything. Requested for a room chnage next day and got a not good but much better mattress.

The staffs are very quiet and its like everything you have to go and ask them even a very simple thing......i mean the things like a staff should highlight to us without our request...like mineral waters....garbage bin...did not request for housekeeping at all...did not gave the mineral water...all we have to request rself.......some might say we have to ask, but since im a traveller and i mostly stay in OYO hotels, other hotel's hospitality are much better...thanks..
