Awesome Hotel”

We are a Group of 3 (A couple + a close friend) stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights in Vince Hotel Pratunam. Upon Arrival, Welcome Drink was served and the check in process was smooth. A friendly staff helped us with our luggage and led us to our Rooms. Rooms Pro - Clean, Atmosphere is Good & Size is decent as per pictures shown Con - Note that the closet does not have a door Facilities 24 Hours Vending Machines (Only accept coins), Popcorn available Breakfast - Many choices are available AND there is a healthy corner with Salad, yogurt & different choices of grains for those who are healthy conscious but menu stays the same everyday Buggy Service - Seriously this service is very good and we made use of it if we want to go somewhere nearby We read some reviews that the sound proofing of the rooms are bad but we did not experience any loud or annoying noise during our stay so I guess it was okay. We will definitely come back to this Hotel again!

Pros -The hotel has a character charm of the oldies, i love the decor of this hotel, very homely and instragamable friendly. Rooms size is spacious with free toiletries of good quality, bathrope , slippers and umbrella are povided too. The room is neat and clean with a lovely smells , with qiblah direction too. Apart from Thai, the friendly and beautiful staff can speak English and Chinese too. They provide free shuttle of bugy service 24/7 to nearby area around Pratunam and BTS station. They provide a halal corner breakfast for muslim, taste nice unfortunately not to much variety but adequate. The location was also good, not too much traffic around that area. II will surely recommend vince hotel for your stay in Bangkok. Cons- too many China tourist which i find very noisy, not being racist coz my fellow Chinese Singaporean are more quiet and polite.

Great value for your money”

Vince hotel is a Chic, minimalistic hotel with al the necessary amenities. We arrived at Vince hotel via taxi from the beginning staff was very helpful, they have staff ready for you at every point and they are very helpful. We checked in with no problem. I had to leave a deposit to n my card I was not aware of ( common practice in Thailand). Room was smaller and not as glamorous as the rest of the hotel, however everything look new, clean, and had everything we needed with additional amenities not common on the states. Location is close to the mbk mall and BTS train which help us a lot if you decide to explore around Bangkok, since is not directly on a main road is nice not to have to deal with the caos of traffic but close enough to access all small shops etc. Taxis drivers and tuks tuks are constantly driving in front of the hotel picking up guest, however we had trouble explaining the location of the hotel on our way back as nobody seem to know this hotel. Breakfast buffet was ample as they try to cater to different cultures; a great opportunity to try different flavors. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will book again if I could.

Worth to stay”

The location is good even it is situated in an alley, there is buggy service, it bring visitors to the nearest main road. Take a tuk tuk from the hotel to Bic C/ Platinum Fashion Mall/Pratunam Market cost only 100 Baht. There are many resturants, massages, 7 Elevens, money changers and food stalls near the hotel, 5-10 mins walking distance. The bell boys are very helpful, they are Tiger, Mario and a cool guy, they always stand by to help to call tuk tuk or taxi (no need to bargain as they will always get the best price for the visitors). Breakfast served 6-11, variety of choice. Special thanks to one of the bell boy (very tall and cool with big eyes) who worked in night shift during my stay, he helped to call a taxi for me to bring my son to the hospital, without him I shouldn't be that calm that night. The only thing that not convenient is the counter staffs can speak a little English, sometime I couldn't figure out what they said but overall Vince Hotel is worth for visitors to stay

A Month at Vince Hotel”

The Vince Hotel project is another newcomer to the Bangkok scene. It's a stylish, friendly haven in the backstreets of Patunam. Close to the wholesale shopping area and within 5 minutes of Phya Thai BTS and the sky train. The decor is a modern approach at classical eclecticism, with mismatched chairs and Japanese fighting fish in large jam jars in reception. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean and a welcome rest item from the streets outside. If you get a south facing room you will have sun bathed views through out the day. The breakfast is a well made movable feast, don't sleep in past 11 and miss it. Most of all the manager and the staff make the hotel a home. They are very friendly and help us with lifts, advice and anything we had questions about. They are excellent. We arrived when the hotel was being newly consecrated in a Buddhist flower ceremony and intended to stay for a few days and stayed a month. It's an ongoing project so don't be surprised if areas are being discretly constructed...rumours have it that there will be a pool next year. I look forward to swimming in it when we return. The canal boat service isn't far down the road. You can get really cheap water boats East and West of the city. And the nearest port is next to the Jim Thompson Museum where you can get good cocktails at happier hour surrounded by beautiful teak houses and pretend you're not in a huge city.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vince! The hotel is 4 months old, therefore it is really clean and hippy. (Super cool place to instag & take ootds~) They provide shuttle service anytime you want to nearby places like pratunam market. Their breakfast is amazing. It has lots of variety and tasty. You can always find their chefs constantly checking on the buffet line, making sure the food is replenished and the area is clean! The best part of Vince is definitely their staffs who rendered excellent service throughout my entire stay. Everyone (including their housekeepers & security guards) are super friendly, smiley and helpful. Really thank you guys for making my birthday so memorable! Their staffs even went on the extra mile to deliver my birthday cake after midnight! I will definitely return to Vince!

value for money and good service ”

we are traveling as a group this time and we are very pleased with the service staff at Vince hotel, especially service provided by Mr Au and Mario. The have been really helpful and accommodate all our request during our stay. I would also like compliment on the service by the hotel arranged transfer. I have left my wallet on the departure car transfer to airport without realizing. The driver has made extra effort to page me through the airport information counter to return the wallet to me. I don't have the name of the driver but if the hotel management is reading this, please extend my gratefulness and please let the driver know I am very thankful for his help and honesty. overall this hotel is value for money and I will definitely stay in the same hotel again if I am returning to Bangkok. Good job Vince Hotel team.

hi guys.. this hotel very recomended, i stay 6 night in this hotel, have clean room.. with friendly and kind staff like Pim, maxy in receptionist and mario, bon, au, simon, ahm who always help me in caddy car sent us when i want go to main road, and the important thing vince have a verry good and humble and handsome manager Mr Fah ^^ , near BTS, platinum mall, pratunam market best traditional market and cheper than chatucak, we will back vince again when we go to thai.. vince have plan to built swimming pool, and now still in progress.. hope when we came back already finish ^o^

Our first stay at Vince Hotel Pratunam. Check-in and Check-out was fast. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with great varieties. House-keeping team was fast and efficient. Our room were kept clean and tidy. Overall, had a great stay at Vince Hotel Pratunam. Only the location is a bit out of the way. But the free buggy shuttle made up for it. Free buggy shuttle was a favorite with the kids.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Vince Hotel. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Wide spread for buffet breakfast too. Although its further in, about 10 minutes walk from the Pratunam main road, the hotel provides free buggy services to the main road. I would recommend to my friends and would go back and stay at Vince Hotel for my next trip to Bangkok

We really enjoyed staying at Vince. You will definitely notice the hard work and much effort the staff and management put in in this hotel to make it great! Thank you, staff and management. I appreciate it! The location is a little hard to find if you don't have GPS as it is in some obscure corner but it is quite near pratunam shopping area within walking distance. The hotel is pretty and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There are popcorn in the lobby although we didn't take any as they don't seem particularly tasty. Nevertheless, it is a nice gesture. The breakfast's taste was not superb but definitely at least decent. They also have free Thai costume to wear for photo taking (this is my fave part of the hotel's offering). I highly recommend Vince!

Super satisfied with our stay in Vince Hotel. Although it is in a small alley, but they have the nicest bell boys (especially Jap!) who will drive you to the main road with their golf car/buggy, they even drive us to the nearest 7-11! Also friendly security who always want to help, Toa. Nice reception staffs too, Arm and Nicky. We love our triple rooms, big clean and bright. There is a big nice lounge where guests can hang out and chit chat. Good atmosphere everywhere in the hotel. We really love Vince Hotel and it will be our first choice for our next visit to Bangkok.

This is one of the best mid-level hotels ive been to. I am not fond of giving reviews t hotels but for this one i am more oblige due to the wonderful 4-day stay in this hotel. Staff are very reserved yet courteous. The facility itself is neat, clean with a modern boutique look. What you see on their website pictures are all there and even more. Yes there's even a 24hr free water/tea/ice station and fill your heart out with their 24hr self-service free popcorn (i hope this will not empty your popcorn kernel stock Vince). Going around? its a few minutes walk to the popular Pratunam market, Baiyoke rotating view and buffet, Platinum mall, Pantip mall, Palladium mall, etc. A lot of convenience store around the area and so with spa/massage lined up in one of the streets leading to the hotel. A very convenient place to stay with kids. You can always ask for a Buggy to bring you to/from near the main streets, convenience stores within the area. Breakfast? on par with the best.

We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay at Vince Hotel. Everything was really good and the staff were awesome! The thing that we enjoyed most about the stay is the morning breakfast spread (really delicious) and the buggy service provided by the hotel. Mr Au, one of the hotel staff, is one of our favourite hotel employee. He was the first one who approached us when we seem lost at the hotel. Mr Au is very hospitable and friendly thus, we felt really comfortable talking to him. There is another male staff with golden brown hair and black spectacles that we didn't manage to get hold of his name. He was the one who treated us like his friends and he went out of his way to teach us basic Thai words! We give our highest recommendation to the above-mentioned staff. :-) All in all, we would strongly recommend Vince Hotel to anybody who wishes to feel like home away home. :-)

One of the best hotels in town”

I decided to book at Vince hotel because of my friend’s review and it’s really great. The staff is helpful and always smile when they see you. Food’s price is reasonable and the room is so clean and beautiful. One of disadvantages is the slipper so slippery and I tumbled down at the door of the hotel due to it. Definitely to book when I come back to Bangkok

This is my 3rd time staying at Vince Hotel. I am always looking forward to stay here because it is so near to the Pratunam area(main attraction for shopping) and the staff here is so attentive to your needs. The staff here put will go an extra mile to serve you right. Good job Vince hotel! The security by the name of Naing,he deserve a recognition for the effort that he have put in to ensure the safety of the customers of the hotel.

I booked a family room for 4 via Agoda and planned to stay on 4-6 July, with the terms of no choice for cancellation or modification of accommodation schedule. But an emergency came out and I needed to reschedule the trip to Bangkok, to 5-7 July. Agoda tried to modify the schedule on our behalf but it did not succeed. I was panicking because time was not on my side and we had to plan ahead (money was not really an issue and I was willing to pay if the modification would result in extra charges). I wrote directly to the hotel staff, and they approved our requested modifications with ease. It is a big "thank you!" to the Vince hotel staff in charge, and a strong reminder to Agoda to do a better job in the future.

Overall review”

Location was a mere 5 minutes walk to main road, 15 minutes walk to Platinum Mall. Easily located by GRAB drivers, booked a room for 3, 3 super single beds, with enough room for 4 pieces of luggages. Interior decor was unique, mine was with shower area. Missed out in exploring the swimming pool (not enough time, even tho we did 4D3N) International breakfast, kids loved the cream sauce pasta, i loved the creamy scrambled eggs. Buggy ride provided to and back from next alley of massages, staffs are always ready with a smile to serve. Already looking into booking our next return trip. Vince is one of the more newly renovated hotels around Pratunam area. Hotel guests are a good mixed from Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, China.

Classy and picture perfect hotel”

Breakfast spread was good , rooms were big and clean. They even had a buggy service to drop you off to the road closer to pratunam / platinium for free as the hotel is located a little bit far in the street. Friendly staff upon check in with a welcome drink . Swimming pool was decent as well and view is facing baiyoke hotel. Would definately recommend this hotel to my friends.
