Great hotel! And very accesible”
My partner and I were researching for a very long time on hotels to stay at in Bangkok, reading reviews, rankings from different websites. After a month, we finally decided on Viva Residences because of many reasons. Location: The reviews said that the only disadvantage of Viva is its location since it's not within the near proximity of the city (where all the happenings are). But when we got to Viva, the skytrain Bangchaak station is just a 30-second walk from the hotel, making the hotel very accessible to wherever you want to go (10 stations away from Siam where Siam Malls are located, and from there, one station away from MBK. Overall, around 20mins away from the hotel). Since Bangchaak station is the beginning of the extension line of Skytrain, the fare increases by 15baht/person. But it's a reasonable price to pay for the convenience you get from the hotel because unlike hotels in and near the city, Viva has a quiet surrounding. Amenities: One main reason we got Viva was its pool. My partner loves pools and based on the photos, Viva has the best pool among the hotels of its league. And true enough, it was really nice. One nice feature also was the free and fast wifi. The actually have 3 lines, making the signal less dense for its user. Lobby is spacious, and couches are comfy. Their function room is beside the restaurant. Room: We got the Superior Deluxe (I think), and it was very spacious. They had a kitchen complete with cooking and dining utensils, refrigerator, CableTV (15 channels, I think), a two-seater couch, queen-sized bed, and a desk. One main feature is the bathroom. It was almost as big as the space of the rest of the room. It had a bathtub, shower area with a glass door, and a very wide space in between. We reckon they could've used that extra space to add to the already fairly-sized room, but I guess the design required for it to be so. The room comes with 2 bottles of water, replenished everytime you would have your room housekept. Ot

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
we were looking for a 4/5 star experience somewhere near to soi 93 in bangkok and found this little gem. the residence is fairly new and this is apparent when you enter the reception, the place is spotless clean and smells very fresh. the staff were all very helpful and extremely polite, the rooms were 45sqm and had very comfortable beds and again were probably the cleanest i have stayed in in thailand. breakfast was a buffet breakfast, not the best i have ever had but still it had a decent choice of both continental and traditional thai, and was of good quality. the swimming pool and garden area were great, as was the fantastic gym facilities. room service is served until 10pm, and had a good choice from within the hotel kitchen, but also had a directory of multinational cuisines from all over the world that would deliver and some were 24/7. overall taking everything into account i would actually rate this as the best value for money place that i have stayed in bangkok and i have probably stayed in over 30 various places in bangkok over the past 11 years. located only a stones through from bang chak bts (2 mins to walk) the viva garden serviced residence is fantastic and i for one will definitely return here again.

awesome stay at Viva”
i went over to Thailand with my girlfriend in late Oct 2017 and this is the first time i booked this accommodation after reading through all the positive reviews. Although its several BTS stations away from central area like Terminal 21, the Bang Chak BTS station is just in front of Viva Garden Serviced Residence which makes moving around Bangkok very easy. One of the day i seek a last minute assistance from the counter staff to arrange for an outskirt tour and it was all settled within 30mins. The counter staff was experienced and patience in explaining and managing the whole arrangement for me. Totally hassle-free experience in this accommodation. 100% cleanliness, good service staff, beautiful swimming pool. Room, toilet and all other facilities are great too. I strongly recommend this place for short/long term stay whenever traveling to Bangkok. I will definitely come back to stay again whenever i go to Bangkok. This is my first time staying here and definitely will be back again.

great room, staff and location”
Viva Gardens Serviced Residence really is a great place. From the moment me and and my family checked in the staff were very friendly and eager to help. They provided FOC cribs for both my little boys, which was great. 1 bedroom executive was large, comfortable and clean. The view from the window was the main road and BTS...i get that some people might not like that BUT it was great for my son who LOVED watching the trucks and BTS drive bye. The facilities are first class. A fitness room, sauna, pool garden and a playroom for the kids...really couldn't ask for anything else. We ordered room service when we got there, which was quick and tasty. Same story for the breakfast buffet. Nice variety of Western and Thai dishes and plenty of it!! I read some reviews before going about the bad location...not sure if these people were staying in the same place. 7/11, family mart, tesco and loads of street food were within a couple of minutes away and a BTS station right outside!! A great couple of days and would 100% recommend and stay there again myself. GREAT JOB VIVA GARDENS

Lovely hotel and service for the price point”
viva garden hotel is a brand new hotel (2 months old as of this review) with the luxurious touches of a much more expensive hotel. located literally one minute walking from the bang chak bts station, the hotel is set in a quiet, residential area on sukhumvit soi 60. the hotel exterior resembles some sort of space-age building, and the furnishings inside are sleek and modern (but comfortable). all of the staff - from the bellboy to the concierge to the front desk manager – go way out of their way to accommodate their guests. naphat, is particularly helpful and attentive. upon check-in, they automatically upgraded me to a suite from the studio that i had booked free of charge! the staff were also kind enough to let me print a document for free on the guest computers. the rooms themselves are spacious, with new and comfortable furniture. in the suite, both bedroom and living room were equipped with a flatscreen lcd tv. the bathroom was large, with a full-size bathtub and a stand up shower. the kitchenette was outfitted for a long-term stay. the gym was great, with brand new weights and sleek cardio equipment, as well as towels for guests. the outdoor pool was equally nice, with fish-shaped fountains spraying water into the pool and comfortable sun chairs. the breakfast buffet is ample and good, with a nice mix of western and asian foods. it also goes until 10:30am, which is nice for those of us who are not early risers! the hotel does have a room service menu, but the hours are only from 7am-2pm. the single drawback to this hotel is that it is a little bit of trek into the central part of town. vg is on sukhumvit 60 and most of the shopping malls/food markets/nightlife is centered between soi 1-10. even thonglor district, which is a bustling street with good restaurants and nightlife is several bts stops away. the hotel is right by the bang chak station, but i did find myself spending a lot of time shuttling back and forth between the hotel and downtow

Top notch hotel”
I'm very picky when it comes to hotels when I travel as I do consider EVERYTHING. But I guess, Viva Garden Serviced Residence was up to the challenge as I really thought this was one of the best hotels I've been to. It's not because of their big rooms or the cheap rates, which are perfectly fine, but it's because of their excellent service. Sonia, in particular, was incredibly hospitable the minute we arrived at the hotel. She gave us a couple of things to do while we wait for our rooms to be available (since we arrived early than the usual check in time). The service here was top notch and I couldn't be anymore happy with it. The location was a bit far from the "city", but that's not something to complain about because the BTS is just in front of the hotel so it's not as if it's a complete hassle. The rooms were, as I've mentioned, shockingly spacious and it's very afforable. Oh, and the buffet breakfast was actually good. We almost had the same set for 2 days, but I didn't mind.

Service More Than 5 Star Hotel”
Me and my family stay in Bangkok for holiday for 5D/4N and decide to stay in Viva Garden for 3N after searching through the internet and we think our decision is unmistakable. I was check in late & the front staffs are still in they best perform. The front office staff give us best view room at high floor as per my request and the staff who help us with our luggage was very friendly & polite. The room we have is so nice & the bed is so good. Even though it is far from the crowd area but it is easy to reach Viva Garden, just around 3 min walking to Bang Chak BTS station. All staff really helpful, even the kitchen staff, since we are moslem we cannot eat pork, they inform us that the fried rice has pork on it but then they willingly to make us fried rice with no pork. It is so much different when we are stay in one of 5 star hotel in riverside for the last night in Bangkok that cant fix us a non pork fried rice. I ask my parents hows they feeling when stay at the 5 star hotel compare with Viva Garden, they said they more enjoy stay in Viva Garden because all the pro : near BTS, friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice room & good bed. The cons i have only for the hot water that sometimes on and off. Overall i love stay in Viva Garden & will definitely stay there when i visit Bangkok again

Great place to stay”
Viva Garden Serviced Residence is unexpectelyd gorgeous both in price and the convenience in getting access to the BTS as it's just next to the door. The room I stayed is the smallest they have yet it is comparatively spacious to other hotel of the same grade and price, huge bathroom with separate shower & tub. The room is clean and quiet. Wifi speed is pretty fast and line never drop. This is a place not only good for business traveler, it's also great for family, honey moon..etc. The only concern for tourists is it's not in the city centre, the BTS is Bang Chat which is about 25 min ride to Siam. You'll find 7-11 around the corner, many small food stalls on the opposite side of the road, some food complex a little further down to On Nut BTS direction which is within your walking distance. I'll be back !

Great hotel!”
I stayed in the Executive Suites, it's big, new, clean, and comfortable with a good price. The first day I checked in at this hotel is 7/23, and I had some booking issue on the platform I used. However, the front desk staffs in the Viva Garden Serviced Residence they can stand in my shoes, and tried to do their best to help me fix my problem. I do really appreciate that. It made me felt much happier after having some issues had to fix on my trip. So I decided to come back at 7/25. I will totally stay here for three nights. It is 3 mins walking from Bang Chak station. It is as comfortable as home and the Executive Suite room has a very big living rooms for business friends to visit. Their staffs are kind as nice as friends. I had a very good experience here!

Delightful in every way”
Viva Garden was one of the easiest, friendliness, smoothest experiences we encountered whilst in Thailand. The hotel is well situated on the main BTS sky train (Bang Chak station is within 300m walk from door to door), and you can get nearly everywhere you need in 15-20 mins and for a maximum of 55 baht. Not as central as a lot of places, but the money you save alone is worth it. You'll also find that it is far enough away from the city center that people will hassle you a lot less - you can book taxis to the airport for a reasonable price (about 250 baht as opposed to other hotels which charge a flat rate of 1200 baht). Room was very clean, modern and well equipped. Having a small kitchen makes things very simple, and as long as you're eating before 21:45 (not 22:00 as they suggest) the room service is adequate. If you don't like what's on their menu, you can easily order from a massive book of outside restaurants that deliver. Breakfast buffet was great, though someone really needs to investigate how they can destroy the bacon every morning - it looks like it has been cooked to crispy, but alas it maintains a rubbery texture like no bacon I've ever cooked. Then again, if you've only got the texture of the complimentary bacon to complain about, you know you're on a winner. Most importantly, the staff were the friendliest we encountered, and were very helpful at every turn. It was the first time in Bangkok where we didn't feel like we were being ripped off or upsold - a precious commodity here!

Exceptional”
We booked a 2 bedroom superior for 4 people. As our plane arrived Bangkok in the morning, so I wrote to the hotel to request early check in and requested to change to 2 single bed in the master room. Viva garden arranger it well. The room is spacious, in the kitchen had a microwave, electric stove, pot, pan, big fridge, hot plate and a washing machine in the balcony. Although Viva Garden is not in the city center but it is only a minute walk to Bang Chak BTS station that made very easy to move around. This month in the hotel was not crowed, we could be relax staying in the hotel to swim. We also recommend to Thai massage service in the hotel because it is very cheap and comfortable, the lady there is very professional.

Luxury residence hotel with helpful staff”
over all we have pleasant stay in viva garden hotel!!we actually book 1 bedroom suite due to my group increase people i call direct to viva garden hotel request upgrade to 2 bedroom suite for 2 night with extra charge only per night. i am really happy for the helpful staff offer! they serve breakfast in buffet style although is so little of choice but that is not a matter for us.the hotel outlook grad and luxury and everything they provide in the room is in good quality like tower, bed sheet...etc make us feel comfortable don't feel want to wake up every morning(we got to wake up at 7am coz of day tour)!that's what we look for in our vacation.on the last night in bangkok we bought easy cook material (pasta, eggs, vege, can mushroom soup, mashed potato) from big c super market and cook in our suite, feel lovely and warm just like my own apartment.soon we will be back!

Cannot believe the luxury for the price!”
I cannot write enough good things about this hotel. It was a steal. The room was a suite. The decor was very modern. Clean beyond description. Staff quite friendly but their English is limited, as was the case all around Bangkok. Lobby is an artwork. Fitness center. Children's play area. This place is the bargain of all bargains. A little far from central Bangkok though. It is near the Bang Chak station of the Sukhumvit Line Shy Train. So when you want to go to do a lot of things, it takes slightly longer to get there. But Viva Garden is near the Nana and Ashok stations if you want to partake of Nana Complex and Soi Cowboy, respectively.

Excellent Hotel”
We were in Thailand for 80 days (November 2018 to January 2019). We used Viva Garden as our base residence in Bangkok, staying at the hotel for a total of 40 days. The facility is excellent, the staff members are professional and friendly, and a great location, just minutes from the Bang Cha BTS Station, just 12 minutes from Asoke. We stayed at Viva Garden in January 2018, and loved it, so we returned for this trip. We will definitely use the hotel for our next visit to Thailand.

Great pleasant stay”
Stayed there for 5 nights soon after landed in Bangkok. Breakfast was excellent and staff were super friendly Location is out from city crowd however 5 min walk to ban chak MRT station. From here easy access to city centre by train. One way pass ticket to Siam station (which is the last stop) was only 52Baht and takes 25min. There is a small cofee shop beside the entrance gate serves expresso and some other coffee stuff with price approx 45baht. Small restaurants nearby also pharmacy shop and 7/11 just across the street We got room at 11th floor and had great city view. It was clean and have small pantry set. Ironing tools and hairdryer were provided. Bathroom have separate bath up and shower with adequate amenities. Great stayed at Viva Garden Service Residence!

Outstanding Property”
Stayed here for 5 nights. The experience was totally memorable. The location is quite far from Bangkok central area (Siam) but this property is near BTS station (Bangchak). Approximately less than 5 minutes walk from such BTS. The staff is very friendly. From the concierge, reception desk, as well as the spa. Room is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen: microwave, pan, knife, cutting boards, spoon, bowl, etc. Feel at home when arriving at Viva Garden after exploring Bangkok the whole day. One of my -shall return- property in Bangkok. One of the staff who really showed his best performance is Patrick. He is friendly and very helpful. For the price, this property is unbeatable.

Great hotel for group ”
I have been Bangkok for countless time but this is the first time I traveled with my family of 8, which 3 of them are retirees that have very high standard in the quality of accommodation. We booked two 2-bedroom ensuit apartments that live 8 people. We got free upgrade from superior apartment to executive apartment for free because we asked for same floor. Apartment is fully equipped with stove and hob, washing machine, big balcony and everything you can ask for a comfortable apartment. Room clean and mineral water refilled everyday. Breakfast has variety choice and different everyday. As our flight is 5pm, we asked for an hour late check out on 1pm, the front desk accommodate happily without any charge. Viva Garden is not located in the heart of Bangkok, it is 200 meter from Bang Chak BTS station, 9 stations away from Chitlom station, no line change needed. Worth every penny as rent a 2-bedroom apartment here is still cheaper than rent a standard bedroom in heart of Bangkok city.

Great Pool And Facilities”
This was our second stay at Viva Gardens and again we were impressed by this well run hotel. Check in was straightforward, and our studio was very spacious. The room even afforded a good view of the New Year riverside fireworks. We had no disappointments at all with this hotel. The facilities such as swimming pool and gym are the best we have experienced in Bangkok for this class of hotel, and we must have stayed in well over 20 Bangkok hotels over the years. It's quite rare that you will find a sauna in a hotel at this level. The hotel was busy over new year, and there were some signs that they were not really used to having so many people - for example the poolside towels ran out. These things happen though and we were impressed that the problem was swiftly resolved rather than just the 'whatever' sort of reaction. In our view it would be tough to top the value this hotel is offering right now.
