I'm really enjoying stay at W hotels singapore with a big swimming pool and a music from the pool until the lift never stop just like a condition in your life, full of surprise. So i will come back again soon to W hotels sentosa cove someday to completed my travelling energy with my family.

Fabulous Stay”

Our stay at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove was nothing short of fabulous. This was a combination vacation / business trip with my wife and I. Every facet of our stay was well taken care of. Hosts always greet you in the lobby with a wonderful greeting, smile, and request to help you find your way. The entire hotel was decorated with stunning appointments. Everywhere you looked there was something very unique and attractive. Pool attendants greet you and ensure your every need is taken care of from towels, to water, and of course, food. We had the Wonderful Room which, while was very accommodating, the lighting seemed a bit cumbersome to control though after playing with it a bit, you finally get the feel of it. While we didn’t dine at the hotel restaurants for lunch or dinner, we did partake in the daily breakfast which was superb…besides a wide arrange of food selections, cultural and variety, the restaurant staff was very accommodating and greeted you friendly each and every time. The only downside was transportation. While the hotel is nicely secluded, with some distance from Resort World, we spent a lot of time in and around the city throughout our visit. The hotel and Sentosa shuttles to the HarbourFront MRT station didn’t seem to run frequently enough to fit our needs. Consequently, we needed to use taxis quite a bit.

We checked into the W Singapore Sentosa Cove on 14 February 2015 to celebrate my birthday. My husband and I were a little worried at first that the hotel (we thought it would be more for young couple/ not children friendly) wouldn't cater much to young families (we have a 10 month old, and a 2.5 year old) but we were WRONG! At the check-in, Lea noticed that we were carrying lots of bags/ and that our young children were with us - she quickly brought us to the seats away from the counter, and made sure that we were all comfortable. She ran back and forth to do the check in for us and we were really surprised/ grateful. Balloons were handed out by Anna to our children and they were really delighted! Our hotel room was easy to located - many channels for both us/ our children. Great view! We left to do some sight seeing - came back, and I found balloons/ a card and chocolates from Lea (who remembered it was my birthday!). We also received free drinks from the Woo bar, and a cake as well :) The breakfast buffet was fabulous - waitresses attentive to details, helped my toddler up into his high chair and always had smiles on their faces. Even the kiddy pool was amazing and our children spent an hour in there splashing around :) It was a great stay! thank you so much W Singapore!

W for Wonderful”

Fabulous service all round, all the staff are very welcoming, friendly and polite. Hotel is situated at Sentosa Cove (the marina) with a good selection of restaurants nearby the hotel and across the marina there is a 7-11, Guardian and supermarket. Stayed in a Wonderful room with balcony on 7th floor with partial view of the Marina. Room is very comfortable, a good size, with very nice mood lighting options. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Bathroom has large walk-in shower and stand-alone bathtub. Lots of nice amenities throughout the room. In the bedroom there is a large flatscreen TV with BOSE surround sound system, iPod dock, separate charging cables for a variety of devices, minibar, tea & coffee making facilities, slippers, robes, safe, aircon and seating options. We used the spa which is free for guests - sauna (not working), steam room (very hot), pools, experience showers, water jet bed. The pool is great (but no diving into the water to my disappointment) and the swim up bar closed at 6pm (too early). We stayed on a monday, there were lots of places to lie/sit at the pool area including nice swing beds. We had a drink in Woobar as we had cocktail vouchers included in our room rate, the vodka/Sprite i drank was quite weak I must say. Be aware that if you want dinner at one of the restaurants at Sentosa Cove outside of the restaurant don't leave it too late; we went out at 10.10pm, everywhere was closing up, well it was a Monday I guess. So we had in-room dining which was a good experience, quite quick, tasty and not overly expensive. Breakfast at the hotel is great - loads of choice and good quality. Overall a great stay, a few minor niggles but I can forget those because everything else was so good, I'm particularly impressed with the W staff.

Wonderful Hotel”

I would like to Congratulate Stephane Fabregoul, General Manager - W Singapore - Sentosa Cove for the Excellent and highly professional Hospitality team , which were always careful and passionate with their guests. We also had wonderful breakfast experience with excellent food and service. Only inconvenience is Shortage of regular public transportation (Bus Service) and Hotel Shuttle Bus Service connecting to city and Sentosa Island.

Stay for rest and relaxation, but forget style”

Singapore can be incredibly stressful. Sentosa Cove offers a taste of a more leisurely lifestyle, albeit at a price. Surrounded by some of the priciest apartments in the world, a stay at the W certainly helps one to feel like part of the elite for a while. The restauratns at Quayside offer good food and a relaxed ambience. Nothing to complain about in that respect. Also, the pool is great for lazy fun - there are li-los and pool toys to amuse yourself with. However, the pool is shallow and not for serious lap swimmers. Nevertheless, still an adequate amenity. That said, the decor of the hotel itself is tacky. Sorry, there's no getting around that. Lurid shades of red and purple, topped off with swathes of gold sequins on the cushions in the lobby? It's difficult to stomach tackiness on such a scale at this price! Behind the door in our room was an alcove adorned by... a plaster forearm proffering a single neon green stalk of feathers in a test tube. Did the '80s return? I could go on at length, but I think you get the (horrid) picture. Nevertheless, the short stay was not otherwise unpleasant. The bed could have been a little firmer, but that's rather subjective. I loved the Bliss bath products and raided them all. Oh yes, the breakfast was highly satisfactory, especially the grilled bacon. Yum.

Awesome Place!”

The hotel is located in Sentosa Cove, about a 15min cab ride from the 'main' city area. However, Sentosa Cove had a lot to offer as well. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful & the hotel was very clean. The modern feel & ambiance of the building was awesome. My wife & I will be visiting Singapore again and we will definitely be staying at the W again!

Baby shower & staycation ”

Booked 3 rooms of fabulous twins with balcony which came with a breathtaking view of the pool and cove areas. W Sentosa staff were kind enough to decorate one of the rooms for our baby shower and threw in a couple of complimentary items. It would have been ideal if they could have thrown in a little more complimentary items as we booked 3 of the fabulous twin rooms as this was for a very special occasion. Fortunately they came through in the end, so we were pleased overall. They also obliged a couple of our requests for early check-in and late checkout. W hotel guests should have their sentosa admission fees waived upon arrival. Overall it was a pleasant experience (2D1N stay). We enjoyed using the facilities and dined at W's restaurants (Skirt & Kitchen Table). The food was excellent. Would definitely return if an occasion calls for it. Or perhaps just to dine at the restaurants and enjoy a post meal stroll at the quayside area.Thank you.

Away plunge pool room”

Celebrated my spouse bday. Complimentary cake and balloons with bday card given upon arrival. Room is spacious with bose speakers connected to the TV. Huge bath tub with in built tv in the toilet! 4 moods lightings to choose from. And the outdoor deck with plunge pool at 0.9m with jacuzzi is definitely a plus point! However as its on ground level, don't expect the view. W staffs that we came across are all friendly, serving with sincerity. Check in took quite some time but there's expr3ss checkout. The swimming pool is humongous with slides and wading pool for the kids. And its 24hrs! The pool is 0.9m throughout by the way. Complimentary parking given as well. For location wise, there's a quayside Isle nearby for dining but not much though. Nice place for a stroll during sunset and photo taking. There's a free shuttle to sentosa cove as well. Overall, the room was awesome. The W staffs are great as well. Highly recommended!

My best stay in Singapore”

My recent stay at W was amazing. Possibly the best stay I have ever had in Singapore. Apart from the obvious beautiful stylish interior decor and premier surroundings of this exclusive location, I was thrilled by the warm greetings by staff at the lobby, and 'happy anniversary' wishes from concierge, room service and a staff at the restaurant! I felt that rooms were designed for loving couples because of the romantic room decor, chocolate gift box and card, as well as the complimentary chocolate cake dessert after dinner. Dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious and special (food and presentation), it adds on to the entire unique experience. It made me feel that staff pay attention to every detail. The hotel was located at Sentosa Cove, well-known for its exquisite premier location, so its tucked away from everything else, which was what I needed - to spend quiet time with my wife for our first anniversary. It was memorable and truly splendid.

One of the Best”

W Hotel is tucked away in the exclusive Sentosa Cove, away from the usual crowded Singapore. It's a great place to get a getaway and some peacefulness. Hotel was reasonably sized, clean and very comfortable. Pool and spa facilities are ample, and the food is great. Would recommend for travellers who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. 5 stars.

The W has a solid reputation, so expectations are high for this hotel. Fortunately, the W Singapore Sentosa Cove does not disappoint. It is a fun, trendy, and luxurious hotel. The food was fantastic, the pool was amazing, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the hotel interior design is beautiful and unique.

My family and I stayed for a night and we really enjoyed our weekend at W Sentosa. Being SG Clean Certified, the hotel has surpassed my expectations on the aspects of safe distancing, hotel cleanliness and their professional service of the hotel staff.

Refreshing indulgence”

We stayed at W Sentosa for my wife's special birthday. We like 5 star luxury but find the typical old fashioned styles that most other luxury hotels seem to insist on a little boring and dated. It is as if most hotels think that luxury items and decor stopped being made in 1926…….. We appreciated the contemporary yet luxury feel of the W. The decorative theme seemed well thought out and of good quality. Before I arrived I prayed that it was not going to be tacky and my prayers were answered it was great. We would highly recommend this hotel and although we were there for only one night we still managed to visit almost every facility they offered, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There are plenty of normal priced bars and restaurants within minutes of the hotel which would keep you busy if you like food and drink. A couple of high end and low end supermarkets to cater for all needs are also within walking distance. We ordered room service as soon as we arrived (club sandwich is fantastic and unbelievable value at $18 ++). If I had to pick one whole in this brilliant hotel it would be the buffet breakfast. The whole experience seemed a bit like an afterthought. The restaurant was a little squishy and the food choices were not as good as other hotels of similar quality. This is probably knit picking as we found several things that kept us going back for seconds. I have stayed at a number of hotels in Singapore and this is my favorite by a long shot and for me it also suggests the best value in the 5 star range.

First time for me in W Singapore, very relaxing to be here, staff are all so professional, friendly and you can feel their happiness to work here, treat guest so special, & so very W standard, anywhere, anytime make you feel so nice & sweet. Hotel have free shuttles (W hotel one, and public one) here, I tried once W-shuttle, very nice & fast (about 5mins) to Sentosa-duty free shopping area. (& personal I tried GRAB app to go anywhere, & outside 1-2 taxi nearby too). Room is very nice with pool view, breakfast is great, I went for celebration with family, so 4 adult in a big room with balcony pool-view, and breakfast x4, all including, that's amazing. Staffs is so friendly, so amazing W standard as usual. We enjoy so much to be here. Awesome.

Superb Hotel”

Our stay at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove were amazing. First time we arrived, we already amazed with the hotel interior, very detail and exclusive. Front desk staffs were very nice, friendly and informative. Our room was superb, again with beautiful interior blended with cozy ambience, comfy bed.

Great Location and staff. ”

Great stay at Hotel W Singapore Sentosa. (it's the only one in SG if you are wandering) Staff was very attentive to our request. Helped us extended our checkout to accomodate us with our baby. I informed that we went for my wife's birthday and they offered us a birthday cake. Great stay. Noticed a few cracks on the room, like small stain on the bed sheets, and broken part on the side of the bed.

STAYCATION TO CELEBRATE MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY”

I booked W Singapore Sentosa Cove for a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday. I have to say that we had a great time. Hidden Jewel”

We stayed there for a short "staycation" within Singapore. This hotel exceeded our expectations with it's beautifully carved rooms and interior. It is located at Sentosa Cove which gives you the feel of "outside Singapore", away from skyscrapers and road traffic. Their staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast could have been better from the aspect that the restaurant is little congested. However, all the other facilities such as their swimming pool, Woo bar etc make up for any shortcomings. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel that can provide you luxurious stay.

Luxury treat for a staycation”

I am always amazed to read some reviews on Tripadvisor and the things that people complain about. This is a fabulous hotel, truly 5 star. It is not cheap - but I have paid more for a 5 star hotel in central London and this is a resort-style location. Rooms are gorgeous with state of the art sound system, bathtub, rain shower. The pool area is huge and fabulous for sunbathing or just chilling. There is a great swim-up bar. Breakfast was good, they will cook you any kind of egg dish, tomatoes etc if you ask, and there's nice dum sum and pastries. The hotel is beautifully designed - very suited to the 'trendy' young set. Because of this, they do tend to hold events there - on the Saturday I stayed, there was a Belvedere Vodka party taking over the whole pool area with loud house music, lots of wannabees and models. I could understand why families with young children would be peeved by this as it was very noisy - though there was still plenty of room in the pool and an area reserved for guests. I didn't mind as I enjoyed watching and taking advantage of the cheap cocktails. However I would advise calling up to check in advance if there is going to be a corporate event like that happening, in case it would bother you - the hotel is not going to be able to inform all guests if you book online. Overall, a lovely little staycation in a luxurious room with comfortable swimming and sunbathing. Sentosa Cove itself is also lovely with a great selection of restaurants and a few bars where you can happily hang out all day with a book, looking at the yachts. Do go for a recce early, and book yourself a table at your chosen restaurant, as they get full up quickly on weekend nights.
