We loved our stay at Wallace P Staycation and had a awesome view on the 32th. Floor! You’ve to bring Some comfi shoes to KL ( in our case) we liked walking. The location is excellent, near Alor street. After Jakarta a great reliëf! We have no comments on our stay, but a suggestion for new guests should be a list with house rules. Inwhere you can inform us about towels, dishcloth, bedding and to clean the appartment the last day. I got my answers promply from Wallace, he’s an excellent host. Knows a lot about the city and places to be. We’ll be delighted to stay again in your appartment, the next time we’ll be in KL. Thanks Wallace for your service! When you are travelling with groups or families, the MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE is to get the group ACCOMODATION AND STAY A VERY COMFORTABLE AND AFFORDABLE FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP...AND THE HOST MUST BE PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING.. without too much FUSS. This is a very comfortable apartment. We had a little confusion when we first arrived at the property since we thought it was part of he Swiss Garden Hotel. The property is a private apartment so make sure you arrange your check-in with the host before you arrival (Swiss Garden Hotel Reception won't check you in). The apartment is part of the Swiss Garden Residence, located in the back of Swiss Garden Hotel. Overall, this place is very clean, cozy, convenience to go to Lot10 food court, Petronas Twin Tower, Aquarium, Pavillion, Night Market,... and have any facilities we need. We really love this place. Worth the money.

Good location and excellent service ”

Wallace place is in the heart of Bukit Bintang area and also very close to Jalan Alor food street and walking distance to Sungei Wang and Pavillion. Wallace provided excellent customer service throughout the stay and it was easy to communicate with him about anything, he also recommend places to eat around KL. Apartment had full Kitchenette with washing machine and dryer, good for families etc. Check in and check out was very easy if you follow the instruction given. Will definitely stay here again !!

Great location, quality accommodation, amazing views”

Wallace's apartment is great value for money for such a central location. It's located high up on one of the top floors, so it has sensational views across the south of the city and to KL's soon-to-be tallest building Merdeka 118. It's a short 5-min walk across the road to the Bukit Bintang area and the Jalan Alor night market. The apartment has plenty of space. It's ideal for a solo traveller or a couple. Apart from the views, the recessed shower/bath is probably the apartment's most impressive asset, with two steps down out of the bathroom into a big enclosed tiled space with a rain shower high overhead. 10-15 minute walk to Hang Tuah and Imbi stations. Easy-to-follow check-in instructions. Good Wifi. Wallace very friendly. Only a few minor problems: some broken fittings, bedside lamp doesn't work, plugs in basin and shower aren't functional, curtains can be difficult to move, some worn surfaces. They're small annoyances & not dealbreakers at all. Stay here. Highly recommended.

we stayed i Kuala Lumpur for about 4 nights, with Wallace as our host (guide and helpful contact in general) his extraordinary communication and ease of self-checkin/out made us feel comfortable and I was taking to a local buddy from the first minute pretty much. Superb room, view and location. couldn't ask for more! thanks Wallace!

Wallace is a very considerate host n he has done a good job in providing all the necessary ammendities in the room that make our stay comfortable. The place is clean, bed comfortable, working air conditioner, nice night view from unit, TV with tv box offering lots of programs, strong wifi signal connections n etc. Location wise it is near to Bukit Bintang mrt entrance A n Jalan Alor. Will stay again in future when v r back to KL.

The owner was amazing, he contacted us and replied instantly to all my questions and queries. The night we arrived one of the aircon wasn’t working and I told him and he came and fixed it the next day straight and was working beautifully. Apartment is clean with all the essentials in hand, we had a child so it was super convenient to have a vacuum at hand and space for her to play. The wifi was superb, which we vitally need during a holiday.. Wallace was kind enough to let us know of places to visit and what to eat. He was always available if we needed help with anything including food suggestions :)) Great location, close to everything and with a child we were able to walk to Chinatown from one end and to the Pavilion on the other end. Next time we planning on visiting KL, we’ll definitely contact Wallace first for accommodation. Thank you so much for having us and all your help Wallace, you’re too awesome...

If you are planning to travel Kuala Lumpur, u must choose this hotel!! Firstly location is perfect for shopping, enjoying night market, sightseeing and clubbing. From this hotel I could easily access to every place such as pavilion, twin tower, KL central and so on. Second the host was so friendly that I felt like in my real home. He recommended me the place where do I have to go and guided me the route. I strongly recommend this hotel!! I will choose this hotel again whenever I go to Kuala Lumpur.

Excellent Experience”

This was our first trip to Malaysia. We stayed for 2 nights at this location. The 2-room apartment was exactly what we needed with our family of 4. The unit was centrally-located, walking distance to Jalan Alor and shopping centers, and a short drive to Petronas Towers and Chinatown. It was very clean, with good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. And the view of the KL skyline from the place was just amazing. We did not get to use the public facilities, but the pool and gym looked clean. Wallace was so attentive and helpful. He patiently waited for us when our arrival took longer than expected and gave us some very helpful suggestions on where to go in KL. He even gave us some tips on good food places in our next destination (Malacca). Overall, we had a great experience staying here.

Location wise, very near to Pavilion, Lot 10, Low Yat, Time Square, Jalan Alor Night market Wallace is a very helpful host. Apartment is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, fridge, vacuum, kitchen. If you're traveling with own vehicle, just inform the host in advance, he can reserve a season parking card for you. We like their room design as well. Spacious. Superb view from 29th floor. There are gym, swimming pool (for children and adult), small children playground and squash court at level 6 too. Will come back for another stay in future!

A place you felt so much welcome!”

What stood out the most aside from the place itself is the HOST. The host send txt reminder and making sure you arrive the place safe and sound. He waited until we arrive to personally assist us what we need. The host wallace is very helpful. He recommend best places where to go. great location and great value”

A great find within easy walking distance to Pavilion shopping centre, china town and food markets. Apartment ideal for us, a couple travelling with our niece and we had 2 spacious bedrooms with an en suite EACH! The view from our bedroom window was of the petronus towers and the sky tower. Very clean. Wallace made arrangements For us to pick up the key as we arrived late in the evening. He had everything ready for us and the all important wifi details. He was most helpful when we checked out in storing our bags and assisting with uber bookings for an afternoon out as well as to the airport for our flight home. Very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here, great value for money.

All are best at this apartment.. I stayed at executive room, very suitable for family with young children. There have all complete facilities include washing machine, iron, microwave, toaster and all kitchen needed. Clean room and good service from the staff. Will stay here again at my next vacation in Kuala Lumpur.

Great Location”

Really enjoyed my time in this apartment Wallace was most helpful the room was clean and comfortable perfect for myself and grandchildren. Really useful having a kitchen available. Cleaner was really good The reception staff however are not at all helpful and would not even ring us a taxi to airport so that relationship may need a bit of working out for next guests.
