The location is good. It is near the 弘人market. There are a lot of restaurants in the hotel surrounding. But the hotel is a bit old.

Good value for its price. It's near to JR Kochi (not that near though), and extremely close to downtown. U can find lots of restaurants and shops around. Simple breakfast but good enough. Welcome drink is a surprise. Highly recommended!

The location is great. Shopping, eating is just next to your hotel”

It takes 5 mins walk from the Hasuikemachi dori station to the hotel. The Obiyamachi Shopping Arcade is right next to the hotel. The Hirome Ichiba and Kochi Castle within the walking distance. This is convenient for shopping, eating and sightseeing. The room size is great. We stayed in a twin room with plenty of space compare with typical Japanese business hotel. However, the room is a bit old, especially the toilet but this is acceptable. This is nice having welcome drink. The breakfast is basic but declicious. The speaking English is not good of the staffs but they are willing to help. Overall, this is value for money for the stay

Excellent Services”

I left my camera charger at Kochi Hotel and only found out when I was on my way to Oboke. The staff at Kochi Hotel was so thoughtful to arrange courier of my charger to Kotohira, which is my last stop of the trip. The breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is in the city centre. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is delicious and it's just 10min away from Kochi castle and Hirome Market. The staff are very friendly too. I can't ask for more. Thanks a lot!

If you go by car, they have agreements with nearby parking lots, so the price for a night slot is very attractive. A lot of restaurants and shops arround. Very kind staff. Highly recommended place to stay. Rooms are confortable and with space, you don't feel like inside a can. I will repeat for sure. Amazing quality-price ratio.

Everything is good except some rules written by English have obvious mistakes. Since there are quite few foreign customers (much more compared with other hotels I stayed in this journey, it's better to rewrite those rules.)

Breakfast is the highlight of our stay as there are many choices and tasty. Hotel location is good as it’s just about 10 minuets walk to JR station or the local attractions.

Central air conditioner(hot air only), Room temperature was very hot. Needed open the window to settle. Bathroom hot water max 41 degrees not suitable for bathe lover. Breakfast and location were great
