Modern hotel and good location”

For our first night in Nongkhai, we had a pleasant stay at White Inn Hotel where located very closed to city's attraction; 5 mims walking distance to Mae Khong River, Tasadej Market and only few step to explore street food by night. The owner is very nice. She gave us many information to see around the area. Totally..it was very comfortable and impressive to stay at White Inn

after you check in this hotel you will know what is thai hospitality. the service that really make this hotel outstanding compare to their competitors. of course you must compare with the hotel in the same price range. there still have many good hotel in nongkhai but you might require to pay double to get what offer in this hotel. the location are perfect not far from the bus station, most of the tuk tuk or taxi driver knew about this hotel. walking distance from mekong river side and tha sadet market. the room are spacious, clean linen, clean toilet, clean floor ... everything are perfectly clean. breakfast are reasonable especially the porridge make from good quality rice and if you are rice eater you definitely enjoy it. the lady owner and the staff always go all the way out to assist you if you need information for places to visit, transport etc...

Clean, Spacious and modern room with kind staff”

New hotel in the city center. It's a bit distant from tourist spots and without any riverside view, but It still is one of the best choice in Nongkhai regarding the humble rate. Though I was unnable to use in-room WiFi for a few hours, the kind staffs made me still be pleased. If you are finding a modern hotel under 1,000THB per day, it's highly recommended.

nice inn to stay”

only stayed one night at the white inn... a stop over to experience this lovely city and white inn is value for money... location is not along the riverside but is still walkable for about 10mins and also to the bus station... from the main street of prajak alley, turn into the soi and walk for a short distance to reach the inn, along the way, there are restaurants, pubs for quick access... room is huge and clean and was very pleased... wifi works well and tv with variety of channels available... only minor improvements are that no kettle in the room and only small soap and shampoo provided... no noise encountered in the room even though with restaurant opposite the inn... check in and out was fast as the madam is very friendly... didn't see other staffs around but the place was well maintained... would recommend this inn to travellers and will be back to stay if visiting nong khai again...

This is a very good hotel when compare with price. All hotel personal gave smiling, from before check-in and until after check-out. Room is bigger than value of paid money, well equipped, clean, and new. Locate close to Tha-sadej Pier / Indo-China market, the most famous place for tourist, whenever come to NongKhai. There are many bars nearby hotel.

excellent hotel BiGGGG Rooms”

New and modern hotel 1 year old. rooms are verry big i think around 40 m2. 32inch lcd tv. Everything is clean, and well maintained. I think you dont get any better for that money in NonKhai. Friendly owner and staff. When going to Laos do not take the direct bus to Vientianne @ nongkhai busstation , except when you already have a Visa. Bus whon`t wait @ the border when you apply there for a visa. Just take tuktuk to the border 100thb 2pax and cross it take lao tuktuk 100thb pp to Vientianne.

First time to Nongkhai Thailand's best kept secret..White Inn close to bars restaurants & shops a short walk to the Mekong river...staff friendly & helpful...had a great time here wished we had stayed longer....

had a great stay in nongkhai at this hotel. found it on the net so wasn't sure what i would find when i arrived but it was all that was promised. had to check in early and the owner was there to open the door and even tho i was too early to check in she made a bed for me in the lobby and left me sleep there for a few hours. mee is her name and shes there all the time, keeping her hotel up to proper standards. the bed was the only problem, but a review i had read had warned me....mattress was way too hard, it was like sleeping on the base, but i got used to it and enjoyed every minute of my stay here. highly recommended

The daytime staff here speak excellent conversational English and this came in handy for organising a bit of local sight seeing to various historical parks. I'd left my phone in Udon Thani and the staff here (despite the Hotel in Udon saying otherwise) insisted they double check my room there for it and then when it was found they arranged for it to be transported to the White Inn for me - all whilst I was out locally on a day trip. Amazing. The price here (£13) was very reasonable per night. I didn't have any noise issues with it being in a 'bar street' as this isn't Pattaya by any means and everything was shut by about midnight. WiFi wasn't the strongest but the staff service/help I received here was exceptional and made up for any shortcomings in my book. Good value option to explore this nice town. A short stroll from the river, market and food options opposite and in same road. The Aussie breakfast in Jing Joes was a beauty. Complimentary tea & coffee and fruit in reception too.

the hotel is very new and clean. there is big parking space next to the hotel building. the room is very spacious and well design. even bathroom is big and with rain shower! i didnt expect this for hotels in nongkhai with very cheap price! free wifi and breakfast is included. close to hotel there is nice local restaurant (boil rice)..try it very nice!

Comfortable and memorable stay”

We were traveling to Lao but needed 1 night in Nongkai. We have searched and compared with many hotel in the same area found White Inn was received a good score in over all. We traveled to Nongkai with bus and arrived Nongkai in early morning. We understand the check in may not available right away but we decided to call hotel at least for an idea. They answered the phone politely said we can check in earlier if room is ready just need to wait until maid start working and double check the room at 8am. Also suggest us to find something to eat at the market next to transportation while waiting. After had breakfast we took a taxi to the hotel with cost THB100. The check in process is not long. The room is modern, clean and bigger than we expected. Only 5 mins walk to Tasadet market. Highly recommended!

Clean Budg et Hotel”

Stayed at the White Inn Nongkhai overnight prior to crossing boarder into Laos. Central location and many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. We were upgraded to a suite. Bed a little firm to our liking. Good breakfast. A pleasant stay and value for price.

Love this hotel, nice staff, great room. Always my first choice when I’m staying in Nongkhai. Many options for restaurants and bars in the street. An easy walk to the river. I look forward to my return.

Great location for a hotel in Nongkhai. The room was huge and clean, bed were very comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !

Still my first choice in Nongkhai”

This is my first choice hotel in Nongkhai and I've stayed here several times. But this time a couple of issues that can be easily fixed for next time. Firstly I requested a quiet room but got a room next to the lift. The large bed was 2 singles pushed together, I am completely against this practice. And these beds were very noisy with any movements. Unfortunately had some very noisy guests during my stay. I wish hotels would control such inconsiderate people better. But most staff are too afraid to say anything. Oh I do not like the foam pillows they now use. I just hope they don't use these in all the rooms. All this aside, I will return.

By far the best value for money hotel I have stayed at in Thailand”

We arrived quite late in the evening due to train delays from Bangkok. Ladies at the desk greeted me by name and we were very quickly checked in. We had to leave a day earlier than expected and the lady at the desk, without hesitation, gave us a voucher for one nights stay to be used at any time. The hotel is located in a street off a main road but there are several restaurants and small bars within minutes walk. After staying at awful hotels in Pattaya and Bangkok, the White Inn was excellent and we intend to go back next year

Great rooms”

In the White Inn Hotel in Nong Khai you find very nice, new and large rooms. The shower is big and really separated from toilette. You have a quiet aircondition, TV with cable and free WIFI in the room. Maybe that you will miss a safe. The hotel is not far situated from Mekhong River, in a qiet small street. It is nice to walk there along. A big parking lot is available.

Good, Simple accomodation”

White Inn is very centrally located within an easy walk from the markets, restaurants and bars. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable in English. The room was big, sparse and clean. The bathroom is very nice with a great shower. No real restaurant in the hotel. You have to know that Nong Khai is rural so you are more likely to be gotten up by the neighbors' roosters than by the noise from the bars.

Good Value Small Hotel.”

White Inn Hotel is a pretty good budget hotel. Location is good. Not far from city center. Quite easy to drive or walk to many of interesting places in town. A bit hard to find at first. Not on the main street. If no car, have to walk around 500 m from the main street. Hotel it self is quite new. Room is big and clean. Bathtroom also quite clean. Elevator a bit small, though. There is parking lot for guests who drive, which is very good. Overall, good value hotel.
