Good Bang for Buck”

What a great staycation this was for us!! The pool and service was wonderful with good food, cocktails and great prices!! We were able to pre-check into a room near our friends room before it was ready for check in. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Shula’s was a wonderful restaurant to celebrate my birthday and they had top notch food and servers. When getting my players card, I qualified for a bonus since it was my birthday and won some money loaded onto my card. The casino floor was busy that night with it being a Saturday, but all of my friends had a great time! What a wonderful place, we will be back again for sure!!

The COVID 19 protocol and protection was top notch. The hotel and casino floor were clean and everyone was wearing a mask. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. I would stay here again.

hotel is updated and very nice rooms. very clean and quiet, staff was friendly and casino was nice went home with little more they give back a little. a nice getaway with a good location.

Great ... however”

Clean and very convenient, but the eateries are all (but one) located in an area where you have to walk thru the casino to get to them. The smoke is so bad that we chose to eat at the only restaurant located outside the casino area (which was the most expensive restaurant, of course). And, there is no way to keep that smoke smell from wafting into parts of the hotel. Will not stay here again for that reason only. Otherwise, a great place!

We enjoy this casino but the price for it being covid was high especially for one night also the service at the burger place no acknowledgement this casino deserves all good stars its just service was not worth price

Great design and Great Staff”

Lovely nomadic atmosphere, great looking trees, structure and ambiance. Only improvement will be a shuttle service availability from Phoenix International Airport for guests!

Good Casino and selection of places to eat. Premium Outlet shopping centre nearby, but Hotel a bit far out from town. Room was pleasant.

Beautifully landscaped hotel. The room was clean. The only bad thing about the room was the bathroom fan was not working. We ate at two of the hotel's restaurants. We ate breakfast at the cafe, delicious. We ate dinner at ling and louie's, very delicious. Very happy with overall expirience with the hotel and casino.

Above average”

I booked a room with a king size bed for my mom and her husband but when they arrived the unfriendly staff said they only had a double bed room available. I booked this room a month in advance and called to verify everything two weeks prior to their arrival which appeared at that time to be good. This was very disappointing that wild horse pass did not keep their word and were incredibly rude to my mom.

How does this place stay in business ”

Friendly staff very helpful loose slots and in your face dealers. Who could ask for more only complaint was the room service menu was terrible only had four items to choose from not at all what I expected. Prices were fair and it was very delicious. Pool was the bomb next time I’m getting a cabana. Thanks for the small fortune see you all next time.

First I would like to thank my bartender, Diane. She was great, not only at her job but also was fun to talk to and she had some knowledge about the game of baseball. 4.50 for a domestic tap is a little steep in a casino...big city price??

Nice Property however the cigarette smoke from the casino permeates the whole property.

Great facility with slow beverage service ”

I spent over 20 mins multiple times at casino bars awaiting service due to lazy or bartenders to busy chatting with friends to do thier jobs. Also bar needs new billing software , it takes the good bartenders forever with multiple keystrokes on till . It was maddening

Great Hotel ”

Very nice hotel but it's lucking good customer service at the front desk and the food court, more happy faces when greeting guest, Also the hotel parking for trucks needs security, someone happens to steal our spare tire.

Great location for Rawhide Event Center ”

Perfect location for the event we went to at Rawhide, loved the beautiful hotel everything was clean and great view from the top! Fun and convenience as well with gambling and 24/7 cafe.

Hotel check not a good experience. Waited in line to check in. The clerk greeted us with “ID and form of payment please” instead of “welcome..........”. The maid service was very load in the mornings, talking in the hallway and doors slamming.
