We picked this place because it was on the north side of Hat Yai, but for many it may be too far away. Plenty of good eateries nearby and a 7/11 too. Very quiet place and nice staff.

Just nice...”
Originally planned to stay for 2 nites but extended to further 2 nites since we've got no reason to find other hotel. Love the close proximity to the hat yai town w/out being directly 'inside' the town. Great for those who have own transport since both hat yai and songkhla city centre are just 15-20 mins drive away. Convenience store is just a stone throw away with 'halal' fried chicken kiosk operating daily til late nite.

Best night for a stay”
My friend and I choose Win Resort since it’s walking distance to floating market. However, we found that this resort quite comfortable and has a very nice view. Definitely going to choose Win Resort again. And next time gonna choose the Thai House

Very friendly staff, feels like staying at home”
It's a marvellous resort, neat and clean, spacious room, attentive staff and quiet location. The staff (Miss Nok) was very friendly from the beginning we checked in until we checked out. I will definitely come again to Hatyai and Win Resort will always be my choice.

a nice location that do not have much traffic jam and just right beside the hat yai famous floating market which open only from friday to sunday (started from 5pm). about 3~4km to hat yai downtown. very new and clean room enviroment to fit a couple or family with kids. value for money....

Large room”
The hotel is a little bit far from the city of Hat Yai. It's situated in a rural area and only a few 'tuk tuk' drivers know how to go to the hotel. The main attraction in that area is the Khlong Hae Floating Market (five minutes walk from the hotel).

Best stay in hat yai. Very convenient for family with children. Better if could provide electric cattle in the room.

comfortable resort type room near floating market”
Stayed at Win Resort for 2 days. Location was very close to floating market and can be easily reached by walking distance. Resort rooms and facilities are very new. Spacious room and eqquiped with basic facilities such as LCD TV, Heater, Aircon and etc. Interney WIFI service is offered as free. Each room has dedicated shaded car parking. The staff can speak basic english and they're friendly. If you have your own transportation, this is definitely a good option to be considered for couple or family vacation.

Pleasant stay and walking distance to floating market”
Room is spacious and clean with big bath room. The best thing is that..you can park you car next to the room and this is very useful for those traveling with small children and senoir citizen. Walking distance to floating market is big bonus, price there is quite cheap and still can bargain not like asean night market. Hatyai central is not that far. Enjoy my 2 night stay in win resort and will stay there again.

Convenient to go to Floating Market”
Location was the reason we chose this resort. We planned to go to Floating Market and it is just 5 minutes walk from the resort. As we were driving in Thailand, the private garage at the side of each room is very convenient and comforting. The draw back is that we had to ask for almost everything including blanket. We changed room because the aircon in the first room was not cold. There are mosquitoes so we request for mosquitoes repellant spray. We slept without blanket as we only realised we did not have one at night and we were too lazy to walk out to the front of the resort again to request for one (Yes, walk, because we had communication barrier talking over the phone as staff are not fluent in english). However, staff were accomodating and it was ok to put up a night there.

I really in love with the thai house ! unique and suitable for couple honeymoon ”
Firstly,a lil bit disappointed when check in to the resort the staff said Thai house is fully book (but 2 days before I already book through Agoda). Maybe the owner not alert the staff about our booking. They replace our thai house with VIP room. Luckily , I satisfied with the VIP room. The next day we get to change room to Thai house.

The Resort is nice.”
The resort is nice, however a swimming pool would turn this resort into a family resort and if a small restaurant was added to the resort as well it would be more or less perfect. Good Location, Spacious Room”
The hotel was within walking distance to Khlong Hae Floating Market. The room was large enough to put whole members in it. The car park next to our room. The downside is there was no WIFI connection at all at my room. I need to walk to another block just to use the wifi connection.

Good! It's quite relaxing. Can ask resort staff help to book for the massage service. Just 2 minutes walk to the floating market for dinner. And also, can easily buy food for breakfast somewhere nearby. Delicious and nice local food to try..
