Nice apartment, facilities and great location”

I've been going back and forth every 6 months to Singapore for the last 3 years. And Lanson place was the best apartment by far compare to its reasonable price. It has a complete facilities such as pool, jacuzzi, and gym. The room was spacious, with TV cable in each room. The bedroom is comfortable for 4 adult and a young children. They don't serve breakfast, but hey.. who needs breakfast if you can make your own in the kitchen with many amenities. You can cook, do your laundry, warm some leftovers food, or take out the trash in the vertical rubbish chute. The staff was nice, they are very friendly and make you feel at home, they even joke around with my young son. The location is great. Only 2-5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, Somerset MRT, orchard street, supermarket and food stall in the kiliney road. Will definitely come back in my next visit but sadly the staff told me that they will be close down for about 6 months due to renovation.. :(( but hopefully it will be some great upgrades when they're reopening

Real Gem for travelling with family in Singapore”

We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom apt. The room has all of the amenities we need living room, dinner table 2 big bathrooms right down kitchen and all its appliances, It is located right near orchard road. 3 minutes walk, from the place there are many small asians restaurant and small cafe. And Dominos (halal is a plus), when you travelling with kids, a pizza place cant do no wrong. And with the prizes for hotels in singapore, Lanson place is a right on the buck. All the staff is polite and helpfull. Awesome. Im sure to come back to lanson plae if i am travelling to singapore again with my kiddos.

Holidays with family in Singapore is comfortable as staying at home. ”

My dougthers and my husband were very happy cause I can cook any time for them during stay for 6 days in Winsland house. Cause I am a career woman who rarely cook for them. The Lanson place location close to MRT, bus station and receptionist will help you to call a taxi if you needed. The Lanson does not provided breakfast, then don't worry, cause arround this place near the restaurant and supermarket. So enjoy the holidays with family or friends in Lanson Place.

Best Staff in Singapore”

We have been staying at Lanson Place, Singapore every year for the past 10 years. The staff, who have obviously changed since our first visit, are the exception to Singapore's notoriously user-unfriendly customer service. The staff at Lanson are the friendliest you will meet, will go out of the way to help, and have never failed to look after us. The property's furnishings are a little old now, and it could do with the renovation that has been planned for some years, but despite that the staff and location make this one of the best places to stay with a larger group.

Hotel at a good location”

first thing came to mind when arrived was "where do i park the car to unload my luggages?" turns out we have to quickly do it by stopping at the road. however, achieved to quickly do so by the friendly help of lanson's staffs. then, this tiny space is the lobby? in that case, i had to finalize all the administration quickly before my wife & 3 kids entered the lobby and make a mess out of it. gladly, it was quick and all i had to do was to show my passport and sign 1x. the room we stayed was comfortable. all the appliances worked well although there were tough communications with the staffs when they want to teach us on how to operate them due to their insufficient capabilities in english. thank god there was 1 staff who spoke malay and so we got along just fine. cleaniless was almost perfect. lost 1 point by me due to how dusty the apartment was from the carpet. although looked clean from the eyes, but my allergies of dust indicated dusts were throughout as i sneezed multiple times when i stayed in. no breakfast was given by lanson. however, highly appreciated the complimentaries given other than just bottled waters. i used the gym (lobby floor) and pool + jaccuzi at the deck. i am amazed on how lanson thought of everything needed for us to enjoy its facilities like towels, water and entertainment (tv, dvd player). location was practical and safe. 1 min away from a police station. 5 min. away from somerset mrt (nearby a skateboard park). 5 min. away from @313 somerset and 24hr grocery store. 7 min. away from orchard rd nearby mandarin orchard. overall, worth my money spent (especially during a high season like beginning of january)

Staycation”

Overall a very pleasant experience. Had a 2bedroom apartment. Cosy living room, cable tv, basic but good home theatre system, cosy master bedroom with big bathroom, a small bedroom. Kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are a little below hotel standard but not a concern. Location is good with shopping malls nearby. For drop off from taxi, can tell the taxi driver to drop off from Orchard Central taxi stand (which is 1-2min away from Lanson) Will probably come back for staycation again

Great choice for short or long stays”

I had an executive studio apartment for 2 weeks. The staff were always helpful and gave prompt service. The room was clean and well equipped- the complimentary food and drink supplies provided at the start of my stay were much appreciated as was the daily supply of coffee capsules for the coffee machine! Both the gym n the pool were very accessible. The location is perfect - few mins walk from Somerset MRT n a bus stop right by the stairs. Orchard Road shops n food courts are also within a few minutes’ walk as are a string of eateries along Killiney Road. The entrance to the reception is a little hidden though so not many taxis know where to drop you off so if you’re coming from the airport with luggage, it’s best to ring to find out where best to get dropped off. The only negative was that the window opened into an internal space which looked onto the walkways so I had to keep my blinds down for privacy - would have been perfect if the room had an external window. The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have external windows n would obviously have been much more spacious. Thank you to the staff for making my stay a most pleasant one!

One of the best service apartments in SG!”

Comfortable stay, great and friendly service, self service complimentary laundromat and located opposite one of the best brunch restaurants in SG. Also located near Orchard Central with 24h Japanese supermarket where you can buy anything and everything you need! I adore this place!

Hospitality that goes the extra mile”

We stayed there for 3d2n for our weekend getaway. We are pleasantly impressed by the amazing hospitality shown by the staff. They are smiling all the time and are always ready to help. The location is very strategic as it is located near to MRT station and Killiney Road that have many kinds of cafes and restaurants that serve Halal food. This is my third experience staying at hotel in Singapore, but in my previous trips, we had problems in getting Halal food because it is kind of limited in Singapore, thus we ended up having fast foods. But not this time, as there are quite a number of choices of Halal restaurant around the hotel. The hotel provides complete amenities that we feel like at home away from home. In summary, it was a memorable stay and we definitely will return.

Nice location”

Very nice location, not too busy because it is behind orchard road. Bus stop in front of Lanson, you can go anywhere, very convenience. Somerset MRT around 5 minutes walking. Apartment are big enough, nice bed, good kitchenette, with lot of amenities. A little bit touch will be nice, dirty carpet, and shower power. Pool are good, but jacuzzi not that good, need maintenance. Staff very good, they polite. Overall nice experience, will come back.

Our family was on a 4 evening holiday in Singapore. We needed 2 rooms to accommodate the group. This is a service apartment set up with a kitchen and washer/dryer set up in the room. The location is 2 easy blocks away from Orchard. There are small shop stall eateries within 2 blocks, pharmacy, and mass transit stops. Downsides: (i) no concierge just a doorman who was usually away from his/her desk, (ii) minor design flaw: hallways are open air and get wet and slippery during the frequent Singapore downpours. Overall: Great experience.

Spacious room on central location”

We stayed for 3 nights at Lanson. Overall, we are satisfied with the service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room are very spacious although the decoration is old. Taxi/Car drop-off is far from the lobby and there is no shelter available. Facilities is decent. Definitely will come back when we are having family trip.

Felt at home”

The hotel is well maintained at a convenient location next to Orchard Central and close to Somerset MRT. There is no restaurant in the hotel; however there are many options for delivery or you can walk to restaurants in Somerset 313. They have a good barbecue facility on the terrace with a swimming pool. The staff can help organize barbecue party. The 25 meter pool is clean 0.8 m - 1.5 m deep, may be dangerous for small kids since there is no staff/lifeguard on duty.

Good location in Orchard”

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Lanson during my several visits in Singapore, I like this apartment for the location just a walking distance to MRT, shopping centres, food districts,etc. The 2 bedrooms apartment is very nice and comfortable fot me to stay with my family

Pleasant, spacious room, suitable for large groups”

We have an enjoyable stay at Lanson Place. We arrived quite late but our rooms were ready and check-in was a breeze. Because it is a service apartment we could make our own meals which was suitable for us as we were traveling with a baby.

Very good”

The place was just renovated so the place was clean and new. But they don't have a proper lobby, it was a bit troublesome for us to get on /off the cab and load /unload bags with two young kids who may run out to the road anytime. Laundry machine wasn't in the room, you have to go to the laundry room. They don't have breakfast cafe, but kith cafe at the same building serves food, so it was good enough. Since there was only stairs to have quick access to penang road, we had to take a longer walk with strollers to go our to orchard. Walking in Singapore was really hot to go anywhere.....but overall we had a good stay!

Fabulous, not long enough”

We had a great time here as it is only one street away from Orchard Road, taxis are very close by, was able to organise early checkin and airport transfer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very large and self contained if you were requiring to cook your own meals.

Nice location but small room ”

We chose this apartment because the interior looked good in agoda and we were happy to see that it was true. We got more excitement when we know that the location was very close to Somerset MRT which means a lot of food and shopping goods. There was a small kitchen in our unit and a huge common kitchen with complete facilities, laundry and dryer, swimming pool. The place was a bit tricky from the address, it was hidden at the back, we were alighted by taxi in an office building surrounds it, so we had to pull our big suitcases all the way around. We stayed for 3 nights but they only served the refreshments for first night. The room and bathroom were extremely small, we couldn't even move freely inside.

the location very nearly with the somerset orchard, near mrt, near shopping centre. for breakfast just walking 5 minute have a many food on killiney road and fair price supermarket! i like this place..
