Slow to remove snow from property. Not like Residence Inn; hence, no cooking supplies, forks, napkins, and no daily help to for basic cleaning (vacuuming) or towel replacement. towels and trash have to be removed by guest and new towels requested at the front desk.

The property was clean.

Other then the bed frame being broken it was nice.

Bed could be a little more comfortable

1) Set apart from the major downtown area (Is a shopping center nearby, but the shopping center seems new and unrented) 2) Metal-rod bedframe allows underbed storage 3) Infrared stove and microwave allow cooking 4) Full-sized refrigerator with ice cube trays are convenient 5) Carpeted flooring 6) Iron and ironing board available from front desk

A) Tags on mattresses and appliance cords (microwave, clock-radios, televisions, lamps, irons, hair dryers, coffee makers, air conditioners, etc) are unnecessary and need to be removed before items are distributed to rooms, to prevent cord retraction issues B) This Woodspring Suited did not offer a hair dryer, although a different location did C) Lobby doors need some doorstops, so that getting an ironing board from the lobby can be easier when dealing with swing-shut lobby doors D) Shampoo/conditioner was missing from room 101 during my stay (need to make sure rooms are ready with shampoo prior to guest check-in) E) Clock-radios need to be set to the correct time and tuned to a comprehendable station, prior to guest check-in F) Clock-radio antenna might need a post-it or other temporary adhesive (I used a post-it from the front desk to extend the clock-radio antenna) G) Showerhead only had one water pressure level (many suited have showerheads with 3 water pressure levels - selectable by rotating the showerhead switch) H) Air conditioning did not have a "Dry" setting in addition to the "Cool" and "Heat" settings (air conditioners made by GE and GLEE have the "Dry" capability, which allows in-room drying, humidity-reduction, and makes bathroom.ventilation fans less-or-un-necessary) I) Two-volume toilet flushing was unavailable: 1-button for high-volume flushing, 2nd-button for low-volume flushing (some hotels have these toilets to control water usage) J) Showerhead was not a dual-showerhead in room I rented: one for handheld showering, one for regular gravity-fall showering

Location was nice. Just off the expressway. Rooms were clean

First, the beds were not queens. Doubles at best. The Suite did not have any shampoo in the showers! We were all using the bar soap to wash our hair. Also, no plates, or silverware were available.

It was a standard room

The vinyl floor in the kitchen area was so dirty. My granddaughters knees were dirty from crawling on it for 3 seconds

The motel doesn’t even have an ice dispenser. Everything was so cheap. The front desk said that the hotel is for long stay. But for me just one night stay was more than enough.

Washer/ dryer in facility was broken. Would have liked utensils included in room or made more clear in booking that they were excluded. Door to check in area had latch taped in open position for most of our stay, defeating security. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room.

Rooms were clean with great amenities like a stove and refrigerator.

It was far from most restaurants and hot spots.

Price

Same as other reviews... Hard beds, too few pillows that were flat, no hand towels, no tissues, poor lighting-no lamps. The door on our room didn't latch to lock. We had to lift the door to get it to catch and lock.

Great place to stay

The room is very clean, the drapes were extremely sufficient. The kitchen was ample. The TV and cable worked great. And it was very close to food and grocery / convenience store.

I really don't have any complaints. I've traveled all over and this is a pretty efficient hotel.

Simple, but clean room as described online. Great for a longer stay due to the small kitchenette, but not the greatest value for a short stay. Theodore Roosevelt National Park is a 30min drive away.

There is no breakfast (but that's not really a problem because the booking clearly doesn't include breakfast).
