We had many unfortunate events during our stay. The house central heater did not work at all during our 3 night stay, it was cold and rainy throughout. We slept in the cold on 1st night as we checked in late. To make it worst, we realised that the 2nd bathroom is outside the house (unsheltered) and it was raining, so 9 of us had share the bathroom within the house throughout the stay as it rained everyday and too cold to step out. The staff brought us portable heaters to keep warm the next day. If you are driving, take note the house is within a park and the gate to the park closes at 7pm. We had trouble parking inside when we came back late as the rangers refused to let us in. Pls inform the staff to arrange for the gates to be open for you. Lastly, the dryer function in the washer-cum-dryer did not work. My friend washed one load of clothes and the clothes came out wet after 2.5 hrs in the drying mode! Ended up no one can wash their clothes. Super disappointing stay.
