Night duty staff (imran) obviously has to go for extra communication skills and customer service training. Need to focus on duty and more alert especially on parking area instead of playing handphone most of the time. A bit rude when explaining to customer and not suitable for front desk job.

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. Definitely will recommend to our friends. Currently the cafe is closed due to pandemic (COVID-19) The staffs are friendly as well.

Nice staff”

Staffs are very nice and helpful! Didn't manage to get a parking right in front of the hotel, the staff give us solution to double park behind of the hotel and morning call us whenever there's car wanna go out. The only downside is we was annoyed and interrupted the whole night by the noise made by other visitors. But overall still nice.
