We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from 6-11 October 2019, and we'd happily recommend this hotel to overseas guests for reasons of good location, great service and comfort. The hotel is located right next to the bus terminal and the Asahikawa JR station, hence, location is not an issue if you are coming to Asahikawa by train or bus. The hotel is also right next to the Asahikawa Tourist Information Centre. The service in the hotel is excellent. From the front desk reception to the daily housekeeping staff, they were polite and responsive towards the hotel guests and our enquiries. Several of the reception staff can speak basic English. Finally, the hotel, being a business hotel, made extra effort to ensure the comfort of the guests. At the reception area, there was a range of pillow types (from the hard pillows to soft pillows) and even a microwave oven so that guests can heat up our bento boxes and other food before going back to the room. Rooms are all smoke-free and clean.

Very great hotel, very clean, and excellent location with cheap price”
We stayed there for 3 nights, this hotel is located next to the Asahikawa JR station, there is an Aeon Mall opposite to this hotel, very convenient for you to have some shopping and meal. The hotel is very clean, i guess it is newly opened, the bed is very comfortable. There is a public bath on the roof top, it is very great too! We enjoyed a lot in staying in Y's Hotel :D

Really love how accessible the location of the hotel is to nearby JR station and AEON Mall. Although staff cannot speak English fluently, they were really nice and polite. The USB plugs on the bedroom frame was very convenient too. Bathroom is very clean with great toilet seat! Overall, I had comfortable nights in this hotel and would highly recommend to others.

Great service, clean and large room. Hotel provided a very good baby cot for my baby. All equipments of hotel are new and good. The hotel is located next to JR station. We have very good experience in this hotel.

The hotel is just next to the train station. It takes less than 5 mins to get there. There are convenience store and bus stops downstairs. Very convenient if you would like to visit Daisetsuzan Asahidake (as the bus stop is only 1 min from the hotel). The room is clean and comfortable.

Convenient location, next to JR & big shopping mall. Front desk gave a great recommendation for quality sushi. Rooms were clean, comfy and adequate in terms of size, except toilet was a little smaller as compared to other hotels we’ve stayed during our Hokkaido trip. Overall good stay.

Great little hotel, with helpful staff who went the extra mile to please. Loved the location right next to JR station. Loved the fresh room with kettle and fridge. Outlook over rail and parks, with double glass defraying any noise. If aircon blowing on sleeper, I followed another guest’s advice to sleep other way around and it worked well. Could open the window, which is always a plus. Highly satisfied.

Convenient location, next to JR station and AEON mall for shopping needs. Food court in the mall, for more choices just keep on walking for about 5 min to heart of town. Room was clean and space adequate, only toilet a tad on the smaller side.

Very clean, adjacent to Asahikawa station (literally a 20 second walk from the exit). Was perfect for my one night stay before I went off to see Biei and Furano.

It's next to asahigawa station, easy to go by train or bus. You could buy anything you want in aeon mall. Big room, clean and i love that they have coin washing machine.

Was glad i booked our 2 night stay here...new hotel and has spacious rooms...has a public bath as well in the 12th floor...parking is 1200 yen per night which you can go in and out...will definitely stay here again next time

Business hotel , great location , nearby shopping mall.”
+ Business hotel close with JR station , bus station , lobby locate on upper floor , have to use elevator to go to checkin. + Locate nearby convenient store , drug store and shopping mall (Aeon). + Have public bath for guest. + Lobby officer , promt response. + Middle size of guest room match with my family (3person). - Have parking lot but it’s public parking (building) at the back side of hotel (difficult to find it because no sign that place for hotel’s guest parking) , you can see that is parking of drug store. - Cost of parking 1,000 yen per night , you have to ask for special rate at the lobby. - Just only 2 elevator and slow moving , if on the rush hour , you have to wait for a while.

Good hotel next to the station”
Wanted to book hotel next to the station to fetch early morning train to Biei, this was a good choice. Extra large and nicely decorated rooms for Japanese standards, nice onsen. Breakfast was good.

Just outside the train station and right above the bus stop to Sapporo and other destinations. Also has a bath on the top. Everything is good, nothing to complain about.

Nice and convenient hotel”
I love this hotel. It's just right next to the Asahikawa train station. On the other side of the hotel, there's a ticket office for intercity bus companies which you can easily buy tickets to cities/attractions nearby. This hotel has onsen bath on their top floor, it's nice to soak yourself in hot water after a long winter day. The hotel staffs were very attentive and kind. The front ladies that did the check out for me asissted me in calling my next hotel to confirm picking up at station once I arrived there. Will stay here again.
