I have so many great things to say about this hotel. First off the staff was so very nice to us, I had many questions and requests upon my arrival and they obliged me. They were super easy going and sweet and even did me a big favor. The room was very small, however it was extremely clean and modern. They did their best to make me and my friends comfortable. I will be returning to this hotel in the future as a solo traveller. The location is close to the Shin-Osaka station which was extremely convenient, and there were many great shops nearby the hotel. There was even a convenience store directly outside. Definitely an amazing place.

Great hotel at such price. Cheap supermarket nearby. Close to shin Osaka station where u can go to Kyoto and airport without transit. Many restaurants at station. Quiet as it not near the railway. Just need to figure out the shortest route to station. Same breakfast everyday. If u have long trip. U might be bored for same breakfast everyday. Plus u need to go before 8:45am. Staff are friendly. They have Taiwanese Chinese speaking staff and other staff can speak fluent English. Bed is comfortable at such room rate

A good budget hotel !”
One of the best hotels for people on a budget! Frontline staff were very polite and helpful. The size room is expected and loved the amenities equipped (DHC products). A 10 min walk from the Shin-Osaka metro station, otherwise to the JR Shin-Osaka might be 10 -20 mins. Very pleasant stay!

Hotel is a few minutes walk from Shin Osaka stn. Clean room and toilet.. Facilities look new. Staff are friendly. Breakfast foods tastes good but always the same everyday. Lawson and a cheap but delicious food stall are very near from the hotel. Not recommended if you have many luggage and for two big person because the room is a bit small.

small room, gd location and reasonably clean ”
This is the definitely the bang for buck hotel you can find around Osaka area. It's quite near the shin Osaka station( for shinkansen). This hotel is much suited for single traveler. We had this for couple and it's just too small for 2 person. It's clean and hotel staff is friendly.

Staff were extremely polite and professional. The hotel is close to the local and Shinkansen train stations. The room was impeccably clean. Convienent stores like 7/11 and Lawson were within walking distance. If my husband and I plan on another trip to Osaka, we would definitely book this establishment!

Good location to travel by Shinkansen”
It's very convenient to travel by Shinkansen at this location. But I don't recommend come to the hotel by JR from KIX airport because there is no elevator at the nearest exit. You will have to climb up the stairs and go down the bridge when exit from JR #6 exit. It's more convenient to use metro when you carry luggage. There is LAWSON and some restaurants near the hotel so you always have something to eat. Room is clean, big enough to open two luggages and the bed is big for one person. But you may feel too crowd for two people.

Their staff is very helpful, my luggage wasn't arrive on time. She help to to track and contact the courier company and ensure they arrive in the evening. The room is 12m2 , good for short stay (example u travel out most of the time)

So I guess you were very tired that had been looking for here as bringing your luggage.. If You have a chance of coming Osaka, Please try to go out from the main-entrance of JR. Great place to rest your head. Clean and the staff is wonderful. It is a short walk from Shin Osaka Station. If you have tattoos, you are not able to use the public bath. There are full baths in the rooms and the water is hot!
