Excellent Sea View”

The dinner and breakfast are excellent. Both my dining room and bedroom are near the sea. I was wake up by the ocean of sound. The hot spring also with excellent sea view. I took the excellent holiday at this hotel.The staff can communicate in English

superb view from open-air bath”

Japanese TV has interviewed this hotel frequently. This hotel represents the very Japanese culture exactly. I felt the employees were all country, but they were very kind. Sunset is the best view, and the view from the open-air bath on the rooftop was superb. I think everyone will be pleased at after-bath salon. If we go to Minamichita, the choice is only Kaifuu.

Nice view and onsen ”

There are several onsen in the hotel. Some are freely used, some required reservation, some can be used for private. Food is good. Remember to drive. Within 10-20 mins drive, there are quite a number of scenic spots which are worthwhile to go. Service is good with a staff who could speak relatively fluent English.

Everything is fabulous. All staff are very friendly. Mr.Yamamoto who comes from Thailand helped us a lot. He is so nice. We love so much this place. There is no bath in the room. some places need to be repaired was seen. we can use spacious family bath under lock. There is worth to stay. and that is enouth.

beautiful moment and facilities to get away and share. the staff were kind, but firm for certain questions/inquiries. food was delicious, well presented, light, diverse and filling. we went on a monday, and it was less busy and that was very nice.

Very big room with perfect seaview”

It needs to state clearly if it needs any special charges for hotspring. Also, it needs extra charge for baby under 3years but it didn't mention in Agoda. We need to spend some time to settle it. As you know that they can't speak English. It makes some troublesome on it...

Everything is good except the following two things. 1) no WiFi connection 2) Mixed bathing when I try to use hot spring.

Magnificent view at the roof top. Staffs are nice and able to communicate in English. No shower in the room. Food is a bit disappointing if you are not a big fan of fish.

I like their bath very much! This hotel have unique bath presentation you probably don’t see often in Japan. I highly recommend to book one of the best on the 5th floor. It was free at the time. Food was good, but not a great presentation as other high end hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to friends!

父親の快気祝いに利用させて頂きました。 料理は美味しかったですが、近隣の宿と大差ないかも…。 お風呂が売りでしょうが、説明が分かり辛く部屋に置いてある説明の紙も時間と男女分けが分かり辛い。 行った方が早いと、実際に行って見るとエレベーターを降りたら フロア全体が真っ暗で、お風呂を探すのにも一苦労。
