We stay in the japanese style room with open air spa. It was a pleasant stay. Location is a bit far from station by walking but the hotel does provide the shuttle service which is good. The dinner and breakfast is delicious too.

Not far from the main streets, take 5-8mins by car. The dinner is quite ok, but the breakfast is little bit too small in sizes. The private hot spring at room is amazing.

There are Chinese staff, so even if you dont speak Japanese, you can still enjoy your stay at this hotel at full 100%. Also, apart from the public onsen, there is a private onsen you can reserve (1 hour for each room), so you can enjoy a little privacy if you would like to.

Time for some renovation”
My family was quite disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The front lobby was pretty and cosy, but the room wasn’t. In real need of renovation, as we felt that the room was rather old, and even though we paid a premium for the room, it just felt like it needed a serious upgrade of hardware.

Space of room is enough for two people even with two luggages and there it has a Japanese style space (living room), however, dinner and breakfast cannot eat in-room. /so I think it's a bit wastage to have such a Japanese style space.

when first step into the hotel, the lobby is cute and okay but our room is really dirty, one of the pillow was full of black color dust and I have to bring to receptionist to change and everywhere in the room is quite dusty. and I'm a bit disappoint about the dinner and breakfast.

Location is far from JR station. Hotel bus ( actually a 5 seats vehicle ) schedule is very limited. May take a taxi instead. I have a private VIP room. 2 single beds and 2 tatami beds. We are 2 adults and 2 children. But hotel staff asked me for additional yen 2000 per each child. Agoda booking shown 2 adults for this room. Please pay attention. Room is not so clean. The private spa is very good and comfortable. But we found a very big fly there :( . Hotel surrounding scenery is just houses. No scenery at all. Staffs are not so friendly ( difficult to explain just my personal feeling ). When we check out and hotel staff drive us to station. He drove very fast . I reminded him but still had a big emergency brake of avoiding collision to front car. We got a little shocked. Overall is bad to me just the private spa is very good.
