NOT SUITABLE TO GO WITH BABY”
1- the most disappointed thing is the bedroom does not have any warm / hot water from water tap, it's freezing when I washing my milk bottle/ utensils for baby. You can't boil water in the room as they use thermal bottle only. 2- The dinner food is not attractive compare to another Hot Spring hotel, the 2nd night food is a bit better. 3- the worker in hotel is not very nice as the other hotels, I think they are more suitable to serve local people but not foreign visitors. Overall is polite but you will feel they are not as nice as treating local people. Maybe it's about language and culture issues. (Only daytime receptionist can speak English)

We got a room with a nice view of the mountains and citylights from afar. Big Japanese bedroom. Clean but needs upgrading. We have a tea table set-up. After our dinner, we found our japanese bed with comforter already set up. Haven't slept on the floor for a long time but I did this for the experience. They have a big clean onsen which relieves you all the stress in your body. You will really use this as they don't have a shower in the bedroom as it is a ryokan hotel. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very helpful although it is hard to communicate as they are not fluent in English. Dinner and breakfast was okay but I think it could be better. They also have vending machine. If you would want to go around, they can call a taxi or ride in their van. It is 10 to 15 minutes to the town area and train. Overall, I was happy with my experience in the hotel.

Do not rely on the pictures if you end up in room 302”
- no staff at reception for check in - awfully dirty room (overpowering smell of mould, stain on carpeting, walls and ceilings) - three machines to "decorate" the room: a dehumidifier, an air filter, and something I couldn't define - some random lady who says you cannot go out for a walk before dinner at 6 sharp - the same lady who appeared to be the "dinner lady" and who rudely told me "don't" as I was opening the door to let warm air come in our freezing dining room. - less than average food. Very little was fresh or home made. Most came straight from supermarket packages. - being woken up at 6 am by music in our own room! No notice about it, no buttons to turn it off (we only found it much later. It was on max volume) - tried to find reception number in room guide. Also nowhere to be found. - i come up to reception to complain. No one again. There's a bell; it doesn't work. I shout for assistance. - I AM NOT DONE BUT LIMITED IN NUMBER OF WORDS

露天風呂が緩くて残念”
チェックイン時にお伺いしましたが 設備不良？とかで露天風呂の温度が朝上がらないとのこと。実際温かったです。 私的には夜も温かったです。 お風呂からの景色が良かったので朝、露天でぜひ楽しみたかったです。 内湯の窓も大きく景色見えなくはないんですが 窓が曇ってるので… お料理はすごく美味しかったです。 スタッフさんも皆さん笑顔が素敵でした。

약간 짱구 만화같은데서 신형만 아저씨가 회사 야유회 내지는 워크숍 전용으로 갈 법한 곳입니다. 하나투어랑 계약이 되어있는 건지 한국인 단체 관광객도 많았고요. 밥은 뭐 평균 정도입니다만, 방이 조금 오래된 느낌이 있어요. 전반적으로 오래된 료칸을 오랫동안 일한 직원분들과 사장님이 오손도손 꾸려나가는 느낌입니다. 막 추천하기도 그렇다고 별로다! 하기도 애매한 정도의 숙소라고 보시면 되겠습니다. 송영버스는 가는 편은 이번에는 안 타서 모르겠습니다만 오는 편은 체크인 할 때 말씀드리면 시간을 정해주신는 것 같습니다. 제가 갔을 때에는 9시 반에 유후인역으로 태워다 주셨습니다. 온천의 뷰는 사진 그대로입니다. 정말 기가 막힌 온센의 뷰입니다. 위치가 대신 조금 산기슭이라 택시를 타시거나, 시내버스를 타야하는데 시내버스는 유후인역에서 6시에 출발하는 편이 막차였습니다.

추천하고 싶지 않은 료칸”
방의 뷰는 최악이어서 추가료를 내고 변경했고, 소리 시끄러운 난방기를 틀어도 외풍이 심해 추위에 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도입니다. 아침 및 저녁 식사는 패키지 여행에서의 료칸보다도 못한 맛에 절반 이상 남기네요. 광고 사진에 나오는 야외 온천욕은 딱 그정도입니다.

가족여행이었고 렌트카가 있어서 이용하기엔 최적이었습니다 낡았지만 큰 시설에다 개인욕실 가족탕은 없지만 대중탕을 1박하는동안 3번 이용했는데 모두 혼자 이용할수있었습니다 노천탕에서 바라본 전망은 최고입니다 다만 숙소의난방은 다소모자란듯 합니다 한밤중에는 이불밖 공기는 차가웠습니다 가이세기식사는 가격대비 만족할만하고 직원들은 친절했습니다 제가 지불한금액보다 저렴하게 이용할수있다면 추천드립니다

숙소가 산 위에 있어서 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요! 온천 노천탕도 너무 좋았습니다! 근데 숙소에 도착해서 저녁을 먹고 오니까 갑자기 이불 정리가 되어있더라구요? 직원분들이 그냥 문을 따고 들어오신 것 같아서 당황했어요. 그리고 쉬고 있는데 갑자기 노크를 하더니 열쇠로 문을 열고 들어오시더라구요? 너무 당황스러웠습니다. 그리고 오래된 숙소라 그런지 창문으로 바람도 너무 많이 들어오고 너무 추웠어요ㅠㅠ 부모님 모시고 갔는데 좀 불편했습니다.
