If i can get a room at ground floor, my experience at this place will be perfect! Great location (10 min walk to Yufuin street), free parking at front door, quiet surrounding, charming interior, best staff, outdoor private bath (with big TV ^^) , bike rent... there is so many unexpected that i am truly appreciated everything the host put together. And the handwriting greeting note really mean a lot to my family. I feel blessed that i got the chance to stay here. Thank you.

Hidden Gem”
I LOVE this place! We had an excellent stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The property is adorable. The outside onsen is incredible. The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious. I will definitely be staying here again and again.

Cosy place with Private Onsen”
Cosy place with free bike rental. Finding the place with a car is convenient but be mindful of narrow roads heading to the house. Staff can speak well english and very helpful. 5 mins walk to yufu main street. Shops closes at 5pm. Placegets very quiet when night comes. You can find dinner by driving to Yufu Station where restaurants generally opens till 10pm. Love the Private Onsen. There are 3 Private Onsen. No reservation required. Just walk in and find an available onsen and lock the door to enjoy the onsen all for yourself. Personally love the outdoor onsen. Rooms are big and spacious. Kitchen is open till 10pm. Breakfast is served at 8am or 8.45am. Simple western breakfast.

Great location with private onsen”
We stayed in the family room with three kids, ages 2, 6, and 8. There were two rooms, one with two twin beds and a family room with plenty of space and pads/sheets where all the kids slept separately! Private onsens was great to enjoy all together as a family. Breakfast was not included but I think there are options to buy it together with the room. Fun areas for the kids, including pool table and large kitchen area where there's free coffee and sodas. It is well within walking distance to Kinrin Lake and the main strip so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Would highly recommend it!

Hotel is very nice and comfortable with 6 people , clean room , good service. we're family and travel to hotel very late at night, can't find the hotel because very dark no light & sign around hotel and GPS not match. we will be back again.

Room very big and received free gift from hotel and free bicycles to rent and free hot spring egg and free flow of drinks and relaxing private hot spring in the hotel for 24 hrs !!!! Super worth for the money paid and will definitely visit this hotel again!

Cozy and friendly place, really recommend”
The location is not too far from Station, but I recommend to take taxi if you have big luggage. The room is big and family room is really great, perfect for 4-6 adults. Private hot spring is not too much busy and very clean. The decoration is really nice. They also provide free flow of soft drink, coffee and tea. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our kids loved the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with ensuite bathroom. There were plenty of games in the common area. We enjoyed the private onsen very much. The hotel was not in the center of the town but not too far. Breakast was the only point that could have been better.

A very quaint and unique accommodation. The staff were friendly and so were the cats.”
The location was isolated and peaceful. The location was no problem due to the small size of the town. The room was surprisingly large and resembled a condo with separate rooms rather than a hotel room. The inside spas were under renovation but the external one was nicely done and very relaxing. My only gripe was being unable to access the breakfast area before 8am
