The hotel was located near the bloody hell hot spring. There are free bar for dinner in first floor(liquor, juice, water, ice cube). There is supermarket near the hotel. Bus(no.26) go to beppu downtown.

Generally nice place to stay”
Staff was nice but futon (jap style bed) has to be set up by ourselves, the hotel does not prepare it as the other hotels do. Towels are very limited, Just one set for both room and onsen. And no free water supply at the onsen, prepare money to hydrate yourself after the hot spring. Few bugs spotted in the room and on the futon.

They serve you two kinds of sake and soft drinks at the lobby. The twin western room is ok as the bathroom is small, but you ended up using the onsen and public bath area anyway.

quiet place, good for travellers. not recommend for walker, better for car driver. quite far from a station, 15min walks, no good for pedestrian.

Open air bath does not worth the price, it is just a wooden tub on balcony. Far from central station, local bus or train station, no shuttle bus service, inconvenient for non drivers with luggage. Breakfast and dinner on average.

This hotel needs to filter their customers”
First of all, there are many rooms without shower facility. This means staying customers are inevitably forced to use shared bath “ohuro”. However, the available time period for bath is ridiculously decided which was from 8-9am and 3-12pm. This means that people who missed first hour have to wait 6hours to have shower. Second, in japanese common sense, people with enormous tattos covering their entire body, “Irezumi” , are prohibited to enter shared bath since they cause intimidation to other users. I have stayed in japan for more than 6years and stayed in hundreds of different hotels but i have never seen people with Irezumi at shared bath until I visited here. This hotel’s bath time is poorely managed and so is their customer filtering

家族５人（全て成人）で一部屋に宿泊しました。 今回初めて利用させて頂きましたが、部屋は広く綺麗で、娯楽品の貸し出しもあり、楽しくゆっくり過ごせました。 色浴衣が選べたり、ドリンクの無料サービスがあったり良かったです。 風呂と駐車場は少し狭いのかなと… 小さなお子さん連れの家族より大人家族だったりグループには良いのかなと。 また宿泊したいと思いました。

ロビーはとても綺麗でスタッフ対応もとても親切で良かったです。 浴衣も種類が沢山ありました。 お風呂はサウナと露天風呂があり良かったです。部屋は広くて綺麗でした。 朝食はとても美味しくいただきました。 ドリンクサービスやアニメティも沢山あり、お子様連れの方も多くおられました。 とても、満喫しました。ありがとうございました。

別府温泉巡りで利用”
ロビーはきれいで和な雰囲気が出ていた。とても落ち着ける良い場所でありかなりよかった。部屋は広く、きれいだった。電車で旅をしていたがホテルは駅から少し遠いのと、最寄りの夜も開いている飲食店やコンビニが少し遠かったため歩きでは少し不便に感じた。館内にはレストランがあるため、予約して館内で食べるのがおすすめ。

朝食付きのお得なプランで泊まりました部屋に浴室が なくても 洗面所が広々していて 気持ちがいい。清掃も行き届いている。お布団も かけ布団はカバーがしてあるので 、いつでも横になれる。ウエルカム ドリンクも 美味しい。ただ 2泊目の朝食は変化がないので 残念。パン食も選べれば もっと いいのに。と思いました。近くに大きめの 食品スーパがあるので 買い物も 便利です。

HP通りの和モダンな外観やロビー、リニューアルしたばかりなだけに素敵な雰囲気に期待が膨らんだ。まずチェックインして30分〜1時間後には夕食と案内される。温泉に浸かりゆっくりしてから夕食を取りたかったものの融通効かず、少し残念。プライバシー保護のため布団は全てセルフでシーツ敷きなど寝床の準備をするスタイルとの事。休息するための旅行なのに重たい布団を４名分敷くだけでも一苦労。ここも残念だった。続いて楽しみにしていた夕食。お品書きに具体的に記載がないため何を使った料理なのかは不明だが、前菜の３種類・茶碗蒸し・りゅうきゅうは美味しかった。メイン？であろう鶏天は冷えた物が配膳され驚いた。頼んだドリンクは催促しなければ持ってきて貰えない。だご汁ばかり量が多いが、旅行に来て小麦粉だけでお腹を満たしたくはないし特別美味しくもないので完食出来ず。季節の盛合せとして出てきたデザートはフルーチェ？とキウイ一切れ。料理も残念だった。大浴場は狭く、掛け流しと紹介しているが別府とは思えないほどの湯量。部屋の水回りは異臭がして気分が下がった。気が利かず手際も良くないものの中居さんの人柄だけはよかった。他のホテルに空きがなく、宿泊する1週間前、ぎりぎりに予約した私達がいけないが、決して安くはない宿泊代でこのサービスは無いし、HPを良く作り過ぎていると思う。
