Our unit is located beside the south lake of the mines resort city, seri kembangan, with a stunning lakeview. The great lake view, and the quietness, will bring you enjoy a relax and peaceful staying.
The place is very quiet and cozy, fit for everyone, including family, baby. The unit is fully furniture for you stay like in home, with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, Free wifi (100Mbps fiber). Our place have TV, wash machine, kitchen for light cooking, iron,hair dryer. a TV box with Kodi app installed, can enjoy some Malaysia TV channels.
Also please enjoy the infinity pool, view from pool to the lake can make your really relaxed and joyful. And kids will sure love the kids water play, enjoy water gun, water slide, and water dump.
Our place is 3 bedroom, with 3 beds in each room respectively: one king size, one queen size, one single. very comfortable stay for maximum 5 adults and one kid (together with adult in king bed). extra bed is possible when book in advance and inform us, but with an extra charges. please do send us extra bed request if your group is more people coming and need it. Same day last minutes booking we cannot add extra bed for you.

Cosy & spacious with nice view”
The unit is clean & hygiene with spacious space. The owner's instructions was really precise and easy to follow. The apartment parking route is quite narrow, so just be aware if you drive big vehicle. Overall we had good rest in this apartment and really enjoyed the view from the verandah. Thanks.

Phenomenal View”
As a start, I would say the place is overall really nice. The location is right across The Mines so shopping is within reach. Security is also quite tight but helpful. We didn't have time to try out the gym, but did enjoy the pool quite a bit. The unit is on a high floor and quite spaced out from one another, so privacy is a sure thing. Finally, the view is breathtaking! Very calm and serene just chilling, watching the lake view while boats pass by. However, on to some areas of improvement. During our stay, there was an unbearable stench coming from the water collection tray behind the fridge (I had to sniff out where the smell came from). It had not been cleaned as I'm guessing the owner was not aware. I had told the owner about this issue too so hopefully it gets cleaned ASAP. That said, the rest of the house is clean and well managed. Also, in terms of furniture, I would say it is probably about time that the owner replaces certain furniture. The sofa is a bit flimsy due to wear and tear, the dining table and bench is a hollow wood so it feels like it can break any time soon, and the door of the master bedroom had been damaged by previous customer (as informed by the owner). Other than that, the other furniture are quite comfortable, we managed to get a good night's sleep. All in all, it was still a pleasant stay. The owner was easy to deal with. Last words - AMAZING VIEW! :)
