Awesome hotel and service provided by a hotelier named Shah 👏🏻”

This stay was my 1st at this hotel, our usual hotel when we're in kl was Pavillion hotel by Banyan. Me & husband just came back from night flight, away from country for some time and it was a very tiring hectic day. we arrived quite late. We usually get a normal welcome from other hoteliers, it's fine for us but this time, it was a really great warm welcome, with a smile behind the mask (i just knew lol) from a hotel staff named Shah. So friendly, so helpful and nice. Totally changed my current tired grumpy mood to happy. He served us with a good manners, professional, being so helpful and friendly. He checked us in and checked us out. He gave us a room with a lovely view! So much appreciated for this Shah ( if u read this). King size bed was not available at the time but it's just a small matter and we're all good. With an awesome service provided (from Shah), others doesn't matter that much. I'm a very difficult fussy customer but the warm welcome i received from Shah changes everything. Overall it was a good vibes from the start here at the hotel until the end of our stay. We extended our stay here. Room was spacious, clean and live up to its name as a 5 star hotel. Was so impressed and i will definitely repeat to stay here on my next visit. Pool was awesome too. This is my current favorite hotel now and will not be the last of course. Not only Shah was awesome, other staffs in this hotel too. Good training provided for the staffs Grand Millennium KL! 👏🏻 Exceeded my expectations and im so impressed. Thank you for your service!

My stay at Grand Millennium”

Given that the hotel is relatively old, the room is quite well maintained and is equipped with flat panel LED TVs. The location is superb...... right at the heart of KL with Malls like Pavillion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit all within 20-30 meters away. I have no complaints about the location, room cleanliness and staff politeness but I do have a complaint on the checking in and checking out procedures. They take too long and some improvements are needed. I was told the check out was 12 noon but my room card was blocked at 11.50 am before 12 noon ! Imagine the frustration of having to go down 13 floors (the lift stopped at every floor since it was check out time) and the long queue at the lobby just to get my card unblocked although I was not at fault that my card was blocked at 11.50 am instead of 12 noon. Not mentioning all the hassles that one has to go through to unblock the card, the fact that the card was blocked 10 minutes before 12 noon is enough to boil one's blood. If you say 12 noon, please block the card at 12 noon, not 11.59am or earlier.

Awesome Service”

Firstly, I would like to thank your duty Manager Mr Badrul Hisham for the job on the recent water disruption upon my checkin on 27/4. However, I will like to personally highlight the great followup, wonderful communication and easy to pour my ‘dissappointment’ with Mr Badrul Hisham. He showed professional in his working capabilities, updated us with room calls on the progress of the water disruption and keeping in time line for the progress done. Mr Badrul ensured we were kept updated and even suggested us to change our room from 1154 to 7th level for our comfort (that level was completed with full room facilities) and his great efforts really2 up to our satisfactory till the end! Thumbs up! Going the extra mile, he even compensated us with complimentary breakdast during our stay and late checkup upon our departure. Second Stay and chosen one, always :)”

Our second stay here and will always be our choice because of the great service Grand Millenium offers. Greeted by very helpful Duty Manager Jennifer, she was very professional and on-task in getting the room ready even when we reached before the check-in time. Though the room was not ready on the spot, she was gracious and polite while affirming us to have our lunch first before coming back. And of course, when we came back shortly, our room was ready with the baby cot requested and even surprised with a cake for our anniversary. Thanks Jenifer for even sending us right to the porch when we checked out. Room was also clean and well-maintained from our previous visit. Our daily room cleaning service has no issues. Breakfast at Mill was just normal and decent enough. Thanks Grand Millenium, definitely our choice again :) Kudos to the hotel management that maintains good service from year to year! See you all again!

Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is clean and provide u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms with a nice city view, good pool and awesome view from the club house, located in the rooftop of the hotel 🥰 The food were wide spread and delicious. Forget about getting Club Lounge access for families”

They have a really obtuse policy barring families with young children from having their breakfast at the Club Lounge. We had to resort to heading to the main restaurant which was terribly crowded and stressful for the family. Additionally, we could not unwind at the Club lounge with drinks after a long day of shopping as they did not allow children inside. I have had club access to other hotels in other cities and this is the first time I have encountered this policy. The rest of the hotel was fantastic, friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely pool. The gym looked a little tired and worn around the edges though.

One of the best hotel I've stayed in”

A nice timeless classy hotel with superb centralised location for eating and shopping. The room we stayed in is very cosy. The breakfast had widespread choice of food from authentic local nasi lemak to continental breakfast, that is constantly refilled. The fitness centre is spacious enough and the equipments are complete and well maintained, really loved having individual tv's with own tv channel options on the treadmills . In my personal opinion, it's the little things that makes this a 5 star hotel where the room equipped with multiple sockets extension cord beside the bed, wide range of tv channels, a separate media panel on the desk to plug in my laptop/nintendo switch hdmi, having the 'do not disturb' indicator switched on even when I'm out with the room key and the porter caring enough to arrange a taxi to the airport when picking up our bags from our room. It was definitely a pleasant stay in this hotel, definitely will stay here again in the future.

Awesome Stay”

An awesome stay. Location wise was good. Less than a minute from many shopping centre i.e. Pavilion, Lot10, Fahrenheit88. Room was awesome. Spacious toilet and room. Bed was comfortable. Main control switch located beside the bed. Extension plugs were located beside the bed too. Good for those who love charging the phones and use it on the bed. Overall : A very good experience. Wonderful hospitality and great location ”

Staff was friendly, and upgrade our room for free to grand deluxe room. Probably because it was weekdays, less customers and the room was available. Still, very much appreciate the initiative. Room is spacious and clean, although it was a bit too cold even though we have off the air conditioner. Walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10 which makes shopping very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Grand Millennium.

True Gem of a Hotel”

The GM is one of my fav hotels in KL though I had never stayed in it till now, often visiting friends or dining there only. Safe to say, I am so happy to report the hotel is as elegant and gracious as ever. The staff were excellent with warm but unobtrusive service. From FOH to Housekeeping, I really felt welcomed. The room was excellent! I stayed in a Deluxe unit and got a Bkt Bintang street facing unit. The room was spacious, elegant with classic charm, clean and very inviting. The bed was just divine! Just the prefect spot to retire after shopping or walking about in the CBD. I really couldn't ask for anything better. Great stay at a great location! Only grouse was the buffet breakfast. For around RM90 per pax, it was lackluster. It had very little options and was cold and unappetizing. Boring options like nasi lemak and mee goreng everyday. The roti canai was so hard and cold, it took about 15 minutes to soften in the gravy. Just 3 Asian meals and eggs and sausages with salads and a miserable pastry selection. Extremely disappointing and just NOT worth the RM90. Strongly suggest you skip the breakfast and grab a bite at the many cafes and restaurants in Pavilion. It certainly wont cost RM90 per head.

Great Location, Great Value for Money”

Very convenient located next to Pavilion mall. The room was spacious and very clean, bed and pillows super comfy. There was free parking with unlimited entry/exit which is great as the hotel is very central and you usually pay minimum 5RM per hour. The hotel allowed us late check-out and even printed our Covid-test results for free, which we required for our flight. Again next time in KL.

Perfect location ”

This hotel is right across the street from the Pavilion with lots of great shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Lot 10 and Fahrenheit mall. We were on the 16th floor with beautiful city view. The room was a good size and clean. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again the next time visitinG KL.

True 5 Star hotel We stayed at the Grand Millanium Bukit Bintang KL for 4 nights.we had a great stay. Summary as below 45 minutes by taxi from the airport. Took an Grub from the airport to the hotel cost 75Ringit. Efficient check in and cgeck out. Good room size, modern amenities In a good location, all prominent sigh seeing points are a few minutes drive away - breakfast is sumptuous and with several options, good gym,pool. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Well done, great stay Many thanks to Ko Van given me surprise cake and wishes on my birthday 🎂

Room with Club was excellent”

Didnt know what the club was when we booked it as had a bigger discount it was not that much more than normal room. It was excellent included was evening food with drink, 3 items were washed every day and during the day you could enter and have cake and coffee. You could have breakfast there that was a bonus as the main breakfast restaurant was very noisy and busy with many hundreds of people. Location was great in the centre next to the shops and can walk almost undercover to the Petronus Towers. Had a lovely time. Staff very nice as well.

Perfect location”

Located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, it was a stone's throw away from the shopping malls where there is no lack of restaurants either. Despite being in the middle of everything, it wasn't noisy. Front line staffs were all good and friendly. Room was neat and clean upon check-in as well.

Amazing Service”

We were deliberating between GM and another nearby hotel and decided to give GM a chance to please. We were allocated a large corner room, which fitted the extra bed comfortably next to the window. The beds were comfortable, good-sized bathroom with tub and shower. The gym is amazingly spacious and well equipped. The location is PERFECT!
