NO parties or events, durians, shoes inside the house allowed without prior notice (Fine RM200) 3. Quiet hour after 11PM. Respect your neighbors. No talking loudly /yelling at the corridor. 4. Linens and towels only for personal use, NOT for purposes eg: wiping curry, floor mat or bath mat. Charges impose if stains found. 5. Check out time is 12PM. No late check outwithout prior notice. 6. Do not leave the house oily/dirty after cooking. Please clean the food /dishes/garbage after cooking or eating. -If guest break the rules or cause damage, we will deduct from deposit for extra cost incurred. Extra Cleaning cost of RM100 imposed for excessive trash/very dirt or oily floor/re-arrange furniture. **To be honest, I am a considerate host as I am travelling a lot, I understand how a guest feels. **I will not charge for minor issues unless my guests did not adhere to the house rules mentioned above or cause any damage. **IF YOU ARE A RESPONSIBLE GUEST, you are always welcome ^^ - **We do not accept any liability on any personal injuries, accidents, damages or losses to Guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area.
