Host is super friendly and helpful. Unit is huge, only that the bed in master bedroom is kinda old and squeaky. The view is magnificent facing the mines lake. Facilities is good. Will definitely come here again.

Cleanliness is OK, but there are ants around living room & kitchen, need to do pest control. No floor mat provided outside toilet; curtain hooks were damage, caused cannot close properly. Sofa & beds were old, uncomfortable elasticity, need to change.

This condo was lousy, the worst homestay i stay...1) All floor was dirty & dusty including toilets . 2)Corners of ceiling and doors have spider's and web. 3) The mugs in the kitchen already broken & inside the kettle was dirty. 4) The living & Master bedroom curtain drop from the hanger. 5) The Living Sofa already broken , have wire prop up from the sofa. 6) The chair also have very dirty stain. 7) The master bedroom aircon very noisy when switch on. 8) The master bedroom bed very lousy & cheap, making noise when you turn & it don't support our back at all. 9) The Toilet roll have water stain on it. 10) The house owner insist of RM 200 deposit before we can check in and for info.. we reach at this place at 2.45pm and only able to check into the homestay at 4pm++ Is a Nightmare to stay there by paying this type of price... better stay in hotel next time
