My favourite budget hotel in the heart of KL”
If you are travelling by bus, disembark at TBS, take the LRT to Masjid Jamek Station and the hotel is only 1 or 2 minutes walk. So convenient. Good internet connection. good water pressure. confortable bed. clean room. good air conditioning, a few tv channels. Good enoungh for me.

Everything's nice, though i hope there was a TV remote so i can switch channels, and increase tv's volume. Aircond is cool. Bedding is nice and comfortable. Bathroom is clean, but please also check your water heater from time to time

This time i am really happy with their room but only thing is the lift was stopped for maybe 1 hours due to maintenance it made me to walk to their staircase and i find it dirty. hope the management would can take action on this.

Room with defects ”
I when to reception for check-in, first he gave me 2 twin bed and i have to told him that i will need king bed. He gave me the 3 person bed and i an not wiling to go further more so i step in and see the bathroom shower leaking.

The room looks nice on Agoda but its nasty. Dirt and body fluids on the bed sheets. Moldy aircon so we couldn’t use it. No water so we couldn’t flush the toilet, wash our hands or take a shower. We book and paid on Agoda. When we got there they charge us 10r per night extra. We said we want the money back but they just laughed and said ”contact Agoda”. Very rude indian lady in the front desk. Do not go here. We woke up by a lady screaming outside our room about her salary.

the electric went off from 4 am until afternoon the manager don't give any apologize or compensation, the worst thing is the manager LIED to me if the problem is caused by Tenaga nasional , so they accused and blame to another people to avoid responsibility.

Poor front office staff, room and facilities”
The room is dirty ,wet and smelly, book 3 bed room but the staff gave 2 bed room. The staff fall in sleep all the time , cant understand bahasa and english. Poor not recommend and there is no refund for the room as well.

Super value, but not sound proof”
Room was clean, towels, toilet and bed sheets were clean. The only thing was the sound proof. For 28rm a night, ibthink it was worth double that price.
