Clean room and strategic location. The staffs were very friendly and willing to help all the time. But the Wi-Fi provided was unusable, yet the mobile connection was really poor in the room. I have to go outside the hotel for an online video meeting.

JUST a place with bed to sleep”
If you ONLY look for a cheap place to sleep. This might works for you PROVIDED you can sleep with: -mouse having party throughput the night -aircond noise is significant especially in a small enclosed room -aircond not performing (1st night ok, 2nd night the air is not cold at all) -pictures shown and reality is abit off

Cheapest You Can find”
This was the cheapest Hotel we could find in Bukit Bintang area if you want to keep your bags & roam around the city. Very basic amenities with outdated facilities & features. Hotel can improve on cleanliness, customer service, facilities. Building is very old & could do some renovation. Only plus is prime location in the area.

I reserved for double economy room. However, when I checked in my room become shared male dorm room and after a few hours I straight away checked out. The room I got was totally different from the room I was overdue when I booked. Be careful.

Alot of hairs (female hairs) scattered on the floor. The wall abv the bed-frame full of dirt n even spotted a worm crawling in the toilet. Water pressure very2 weak. I hv photos to substantiate my complain.

I’m really not a dramatic person, but the situation me and my friend was put in got us stressed as hell. We checked in here and discovered our room is still unmade even though it’s already past 3 PM. The staff then offered us another room downstairs but he said there’s cockroaches. We declined and the staff offered us to stay at one of their hotels located just across the street (Hotel Rae). We couldn’t find it in Agoda and it was listed as Temporarily Closed on google (but they have guests coming in and out??). Since we’ve just arrived in KL and was too tired to even argue so we just followed the staff. After arriving at Hotel Rae, funnily enough they have the same receptionist as the one from this Oyo 🤣 Are they really that broke to hire another receptionist? Lmao. We were given a Queen bed room and my friend said that we’ve paid for a King bed room. The receptionist then sarcastically said in Malay to the male staff who escorted us “Oh they want a KING BED ROOM. You here that? KING BED ROOM.” What’s wrong with you? Either you give us one or partially refund us lah. The male staff explained to us that the King rooms are all full, so we accepted the Queen room. A few minutes after going back to the room, the male staff knocked on the door and told us there’s a King room available. We naively accepted and found that it was located facing the hallway and the room had a really eerie vibe. The wardrobe is moldy and the carpet is dusty af. It’s so sus that we even checked to see if there’s any hidden camera around 😂 In the end we decided to just check out and find another hotel. Value for money: Yeah it’s cheap, but so are other budget hotels in KL. Based on the facilities and location and what I’ve experienced, i can accept it if it’s <RM50 per night lol. Looks like a hotel that would get raid by JAIS tho lmao Location: It’s a small inn located in an alley, and not very safe for solo/couple female travellers. Cleanliness: Fucking dirty. Rooms are still not clean

During my stay it was a thunderstorm in the area, the roof was leaking heavily straight to the top right corner to my bed. I asked the staff for assistance. He said he will ask housekeeping to mop it tomorrow. I was stunned. I asked him for a better room he said the property was full. Obvi he lied. There were no hot water running, molding everywhere, the sheets aren't changed and you'll know someone was doing it on the same unwashed sheet. I still am suffering from the aftermath of bedbugs, ALSO FROM THE HOTEL! it is a terrible place trust me. The most unforgettable this is, THEY WILL GIVE THE WORST ROOM TO LOCAL MALAYSIANS. THE NEW ROOM IS ONLY FOR WHITE PEOPLE WHICH IS WHERE THEY GOT GOOD REVIEWS FROM. and if you expect me to get less because I paid less, you should know that I earned that coupon I used for this unreasonable unthinkable undoubtfully the worst hotel has ever existed.

Booked and paid for oyo summer house and they even charge RM2 for reservation but when I arrive there, the staff told me the room is fully occupy so they transfer us to Hotel Comfort Inn. Guess what!! The hotel is dirty, smelly, and the smoke from neighbouring rooms can easily enter our room. So, we have to spend the night and morning inhaling cigarettes smoke. We even need to request the towels. Therefore, to those who are looking for a budget room, please avoid the hotel comfort Inn. It's not even comforting.

Booked single room, but provided a dormitory ”
Booked a single room, but being put to a 16 persons dormitory! The receptionist said this is Agoda problem, he cannot fix it. During my stay, some people kelp caughing in the air conditioner room without wearing masks. One drunk man sneaked into the dormitory during the midnight shouting and vomitting, arguing loudly with another man and then this drunk guy slept in one bed. 40 minutes later, the receptionist came to the room and yelled at this drunk man and chased him away. I believed NO one was able to sleep during that night. Lowering price is a good business strategy, but honesty is more important.

Hi, just some review that i booked Single room and when they whatsapp me to mention that they assigned me to Dorm 6 sharing... please make sense of your advertisment in agoda ... u said single room but you give me dorm...people will comfused with that... asking agoda for refund and property never respond to them... be careful, there will be another victim ... i am unsatisfied with their service ... wrongly assign to dorm since they dont have any single room.. that is not the way you settle the problem for overbooking ... please alert and appreciate your future guest coming..

This hotel was not with oyo anymore...call agoda customer service they said don't know what happen.Once arrived at hotel reception guy said need to pay for extra money because price not same with agoda ..their reason is they was not with oyo anymore.If with this case why agoda still put this hotel still with oyo finally i need to pay extra .. i travel far from kedah it very bad service
