(Avoid strong odor substances) 4. Quite hours required after 11pm and no speaker allowed to respect our neighbors. 5. Loss of keys or access cards will incur an RM200 replacement fee. 6. Check out time is before 12pm, late check out charge apply base on the unit availability . (RM20 per hour) 7. We noticed you may set up the decoration, but please don’t stick to the wall to avoid any damages. And all the decoration should clear before leaving. 8. Light cooking is allowed. Basic utensils is provided, guests are advised to bring own seasoning. Please clean up kitchen after used to prevent any unpleasant smell. 9. Always keep the premises clean. kindly throw all food waste, trash into the garbage bag and pack it nicely. 10. All furniture should move back to original before leaving. 11. Switch off electric appliance and air conditioning when not using for safety concern.
